So beautiful! The layout is well-designed and expertly maintained. The private pool villas are comfortable, modern, and kept very clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach with no hawkers, etc. Gorgeous!

Pro or con? The "Wellness" concept permeates everything. The never-changing menus at both restaurants reflect alternative ingredients that lacked seasoning and texture (to my palate at least). But the dishes were all very beautifully presented! Guests are encouraged to wear their room bathrobes in public, including restaurant terrace, etc. Children of all ages are welcome, so the two families that brought screaming children absolutely killed the vibe for all other guests. Resort should consider becoming "Adult-only" if they wish to further the Wellness theme. Most disappointingly, we were charged for tea while waiting in the guest lounge during cleaning of our room. (The same tea that we could have had for free in our room.)

Absolutely a resort with outstanding performance. The resort is located at an area without too much tourists, which gives a peaceful feeling. The room is awesome with high quality equipments. The spa is with high quality which is the most outstanding part of the resort. The service staffs are also all very kind.

Considering the location, I believe that most of the tourists would like to stay in the resort for lunch or dinner, especially when the weather is bad. It would be great to have some discount if the guests decide to have meal inside the resort.

The all inclusive spa treatments

The hotel's formal restaurant was obviously not as popular as the less formal pool restaurant. I would recommend (as a hospitality professional) that rather than having a 2nd restaurant which basically serves the same type of food as the less formal one but at a higher price, that it would be more attractive to guests to have this become a Western food option to having two Vietnamese food venues. Many guests who are travelling for some time in Vietnam yearn for some western food availability and if offered at the kind of pricing of the pool restaurant, this I am sure would some be as popular.

Serene environment. Private pool near beach. Masseuse’s were very experienced in an excellent job massaging. My friend is a masseuse, and she also said they were of high quality well trained masseuse.

Buffet marginal for Westerners. Coffee not good for a country that specializes in great coffee. Walking to the beach ended up with Oil on her feet both times I had to scrub with soap to remove. Pool was too cold to swim in, which was the main reason I reserved this place for my sweetheart and me. Scrutinized by $100 bills for exchange to an extreme degree. Took those same rejected bills downtown and were fine to use. Tub was very dangerous to use being down low would be better to have a nice porcelain tub above the floor for two people. The second day of my sweetheart will not get in it.

Direct access to the beach Exceptional breakfast in 2 different outlets Very professional staff

While having the Spa directly onsite is very convenient to unwind after a long day of sightseeing, the experience at times felt a bit as a factory chain. For examples, after the massage the therapist would prompt you to return to the reception area. As most bookings include complementary spa treatments, there’s probably an urgency to free the rooms asap but it would be nice to account for at least 5/10 minutes for the guests to relax after.

My husband and I decided to stay here for our babymoon. We enjoyed being pampered every day with an 80-minute spa treatment that had many pregnant-friendly options for myself. The breakfast buffet had an abundant of healthy and delicious choices, and you are also able to choose a main as well. We enjoyed using the pool in our villa as well as the resort's pool beside the beach. What I especially loved - a bidet in our bathroom, turn down service every night, the giant king sized bed, the free shuttle to and from Hoi An, and all the staff were incredibly friendly.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The whole resort was exceptional. The resort was so clean and felt brand new. This is probably because they clean the room twice a day (amazing). The staff were so lovely and helpful - the receptionist, Dung, remembered our names for our whole stay and the driver gave wonderful recommendations for Hoi An. We left some jewellery in the villa accidentally and the staff left a note reminding us to take care with valuables (so lovely!). The shuttle bus from Tia to Hoi An was fabulous- free, only a 30 min drive, and so convenient. The buffet breakfast was great, heaps of vegan/vegetarian options if that’s something you value. The a la carte menu for breakfast was also a great addition. It was the extra touches that made this place great. The mini bar was complementary and refilled often, the staff left “gifts” in our villa everyday, the complementary 80 minute massages (insane!), the water bottles were glass and reusable (not plastic), and the staff organised a takeaway breakfast box for us when we checked out early. This is probably the best resort we have stayed at.

Rooms are spectacular, nicely design and aesthetically pleasing. The gardens are well maintained and most of the staff were extremely friendly & paid attention to detail. Kitchen was amazing, food was fresh and the choice was wide. Facilities are clean and well-maintained.

There were a few confusions in the communication stream - mentioned an allergy and got snack with allergy products in them in the room, prepaid a dinner but has to check it at the end of it. Everything got solved without hiccup but it's why our stay was not "perfect". On the side, our massage was average. Nothing properly bad, but nothing mind-blowing either.

Resort is beautiful and atmosphere was heart warming. The villa were exactly as shown in pictures. The villa and its pool were clean and amenities were great. Spa inclusive service was excellent! In-room dining service was fast, food was decent and delicious. Ocean restaurant by the pool and beach was defintely a hit. Lastly, i am totally impressed by the ala carte breakfast options. We tried all over a 5D4N stays and all tasted good. We will defintely come back again for sure.

Everything was great!

From being picked up at the airport, to driving through the bamboo tunnel entrance - everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always polite and with a big smile. The facilities are excellent with the most beautiful infinity pool. The villas are beautifully designed, comfortable, chic and clean

The gym! The gym needs some serious improvement. It is a wellness resort so a well equipped gym is a must.
