room is spacious, clean beach, friendly staff, good variety of food and fruits served during breakfast. their my quang is better than what we had from grab. 25mins to hoi an so can easily do day excursions there

maybe if they offer baby sitting service or allow to leave our kids in kids club that would be great so parents can have a break for a bit

We booked Melia Resort as we knew from past experience with this hotel chain that is a great hotel. If i have to give a fair impression, i would say that I would not give a 5 star rating this time, as attention to detail was missing and the amenities were just average. We encountered many times language barriers, especially at front desk and housekeeping. However, i had the pleasure to be assisted by Ms.NHI at the tour desk and MS. NHUNG NGO( guest experience manager) who really brought my experience to a different level. They were extremely professional, helpful and supportive during our entire stay. Thank you very much! As a general impression, i would say that the hotel would needs some improvements in terms of amenities, staff training and maybe room rates. On a different note, breakfast was offering a good variety of options, locations of the hotel seemed not far from the center. They can also recommend tours and make the arrangements.Pool and beachfront were also alright, we enjoyed the time there.

Big bright spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Huge breakfast selection with quality options for all different cuisines - very impressed. Big clean pools. Gym onsite was good. Everywhere was clean. There was a seafood BBQ buffet on Friday with live music which was nice. X2 restaurants on site but very quiet

Make sure to book with a PHYSICAL CARD. We booked with a virtual card and they had to take another payment on the physical card. They said the refund could take 1-2 weeks which I was frustrated by. But in the end the refund came within 2 days. Staff were helpful. It was very quiet - which is good but there was very few people dining on site so there was no atmosphere. We got a grab (15/20mins) into da nang for other restaurants.

The hotel itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, and a great place to unwind for a few days by the pool. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The spa was fantastic, definitely a highlight of our stay, with relaxing treatments and a calming atmosphere.

I just missed the mark for us overall. You could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which made it a bit less peaceful at times. Also, there isn’t much nearby, no convenience stores or shops within walking distance so it’s not the most practical location if you need anything quickly. That said, if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway and plan to mostly stay on the property, it’s a great choice.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Melia Da Nang, and our experience was truly exceptional. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying "The Level" service. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely wonderful, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our visit. The afternoon lounge was a particular delight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and a variety of refreshments that made our afternoons even more enjoyable.

We did notice that the facility was a bit worn down, and there was some construction work ongoing during our stay. While these were not major issues, a fresh coat of paint and some general upgrades would enhance the overall experience.

My wife and I stayed at Melia Danang for one week. We enjoyed the beautiful property, lush landscaping, amazing food and excellent service. Rooms were clean, spacious and modern.The pools were well maintained and relaxing. The beach was clean and well equipped with chairs and umbrellas. Both restaurants Sasa and Club Nao offered a wide selection of dishes and the staff was always efficient and friendly. We also enjoyed the services at YHI spa on two occasions during our stay. Serene environment, caring staff and so many options! Melia is a real gem in Danang. Thank you for making our first trip to Vietnam truly memorable!

Lovely staff who would go out of their way to help- particularly playroom staff Han and Hang and waitress Suyen! The breakfast buffet was impressive with lots of options. There was a wide range of pools to choose from- as it was a cooler month they were quieter as still quite cold to swim in. As a Level guest the option for afternoon tea from 3-5pm was a great addition. The spa was great and relaxing.

The pavements around the hotel had a few missing stones which made it a bit uneven at times. It seems they are fixing things at the moment though before high season begins.

Everything about the Meliá is absolutely nothing to complain about. From the time we got off the plane to the time we left, we couldn’t fault the service, cleanliness, the staff, added perks everything. If you want a relaxing holiday where you don’t have to leave your hotel this is a place you could go. We upgraded our room when we got there and it was worth the added money. I would recommend staying in the level rooms. With the added perks we got it made our time there like royalty. Large open room, bathroom clean and fresh smell, fresh towels everyday, view of the pool and ocean. Hotel has an amazing spa which is not that much more than out on the street but you get a proper spa experience. Would recommend the hot stone massage as it’s a quiet room with no outside noise. Food was absolutely delicious, breakfast was huge. From pastries and bread to western style food, Asian cuisine and fruit to choose from everyday. The restaurants in the resort are affordable and delicious. We went one night for Lamb and steak and they cooked it like they loved the meat, so you knew it was amazing. The grounds at Melia are beautiful, green gardens very well manicured. Staff at the Melia are always welcoming even the ground staff. Special mention to two lovely staff members Viet at the pool bar, always remembered us and always said hello and was happy to take a few minutes of his shift to have a great chat with us and also to Nhi who we met in the lobby bar and helped us navigate around Danang. She was always welcoming and made time to pop over during her shift to say hello and to see how we were. But all the staff there are just amazing. Thank you Melia Danang for making our last 6 nights of our holiday the best. Will be back but staying longer.

The service was great from the start till the end. They provide great amenities and stay was pleasant. All the staffs were really helpful and friendly. There was the waiter named Ty in Saza Restaurant where she did a wonderful job in providing for our needs during entire stay. The place has nice kids club where the kids can do painting and play for hours. For those staying longer can also participate in yoga and other activies as well. Had a great experience will surely return to Melia Da Nang Resort for next return

During room making they didn't refill the soap and shampoo .We stayed for 6days so they should have refilled during room make up.

The property is lovely, welcoming and exactly what we wanted after a few weeks in Vietnam. We upgraded to the Level which gave us access to lots of added benefits. We really took advantage of the offers included with it. The afternoon tea was wonderful and made the stay feel really special. The rooms are beautiful and the pools are perfect to relax in. From the moment we arrived the wonderful staff took care of us and helped with every aspect of our stay. Viet in the pool bar, Vie at the breakfast buffet and the afternoon tea/ western restaurant Captain (apologies I didn't catch your name) were amazing. All staff showed the highest level of service without being formal awkward. The breakfast buffet was really great and had something for all tastes! FYI the best bacon I have ever had in Asia! The food in the restaurants was lovely. A bit more expensive than a restaurant but it's a resort hotel and you pay a premium any where in the world. This all added up to a wonderful relaxing few days before we flew home

The only thing I can think was that the evenings were a little quiet at the resort. Some music at the beach restaurant could help. We could have just got a short cab ride into town if we wanted something a bit more exciting but we were being lazy and stayed in. The 2 beach pools also felt a bit disjointed. Not an issue but it didn't work visually. There was some work on a building in the middle which I'm guessing would fix that.
