The reception and rooms are very nicely decorated in a mix of Bali and Japanese style. It is extremly clean and everything is well maintained. The best however is the food. You need to book with breakfast, as this is extraordinary. We also had dinner, which was the best food we had for years.

The rooms are not directly at the beach, which you don‘t really see on booking.com, where only the main building with reception is located at the beach. However, this is only a 5-10 minute walk and the staff would also drive you there, if it is requested.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It felt like we were living in a hotel. I recommended my family & friends who are looking for a hotel ambience room but for a family comfortable. Was above my expectation. They have smart TV, so we could watch YouTube / Netflix!...that a big plus point from us. The staff was responsive & friendly & they make an effort to make your stay comfortable. Not to forget, their vegetarian food served in their restaurant is tasty! I'm amazed There isn't any eatery or spa outside the hotel. We always took Grab to town. Not to worry..grab drivers are just waiting outside, and 2 mins they are at the lobby. It's only about 10-15 mins drive. The apartment/ residence is not literally beachfront. You need to walk about 10 mins to the beach front. It's within the ocean villa gates & guarded area. Sadly, we went during the monsoon season, and the beach was off-limits. The pool is big & clean. Well maintained. All in all... my family enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

The staff was helpful and quick to help our requests (extra blanket, borrowed cash to pay a taxi), though for some reason they wouldn’t help posting some postcards on our departure.

The WiFi was slow and on a particular day didn’t work. The pictures are a bit misleading, it’s not a beachfront location. The apartments are on a building in a huge complex with access to the beach, however this building is right at the entrance near the road. The beach is not far, but if you are expecting beach view, this is not the place. On the other hand the beach is not well maintained and quite dirty. This is not to blame on the property, unfortunately the whole strip of beach around is like that.

The experience was great since check in. The management was very accommodating and answered to all our questions and requests within a day. Th room service crew is friendly and attentive. Room size is just right for our group. AC is cold. Shower is hot. The small and practical kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we didn't feel like eating out or waiting for delivery.

Some mosquitoes found their way in and stayed with us without paying rent.

Far from the city, which we love so we can stay away from the noise. The mood and tone of the place definitely gave us a feeling of Zen and get rids of all the dirt of life. It's even like a place of meditation. It has a very distinct concept, staffs are super friendly and well-trained, professional. We're completely pleased with our stay.

It has a step in front of the door, and sometimes we hit that sometimes. Maybe next time, try to stick a warning "mind your step", etc... they will need more buggy cars when they have more clients.

The pools were great and the property was very well kept. The proximity to the pristine uncrowded beach was appreciated.

The location was isolated from any food choices for lunch and dinner. We didn’t realise that the accommodation was in a gated community so we were not prepared for the lack of ability to get food nearby. All forms of restaurant in the community area were still closed and only opened for the public the day we left.

Misleading location of apartment.The picture shows n apartment with beach setting, private pool and bridge. This is the office, not the apartment, The apartment block is 300m away. Another couple in our group were also disappointed and they cancelled and moved out.

This place is really nice, modern facilities. Very nice kitchen and utensils. Every room had a TV. Living room is comfortable. Very good value for money if you are a group. The breakfast is super good! The beach is a short walk.

The apartment has a lean and calm design. Washing machine and kitchenwares are included. Everything is quite spacious (we have a two-bedroom apartment for 2 adults, a family trip) and clean. All the bedrooms have windows. The apartment has a back view to the main swimming pool. They provide us with lots of towels, one for bathing and one for using while at the swimming pool or at the beach. I found this very thoughtful because sand gets into the towels most of the time. The location of the resort is close to a local wet market. We were able to cook for most of time and to try many delicious local food.

Weak and limited access to wifi (only 2 to 3 devices get access to wifi). Had to walk for 10 mins to get to the beach, which was not problem, but it would be even better if closer to the beach. Takes about 30 mins each to get to centre Da Nang and Hoi An. The air conditionings were not stable, sometimes it ran very strong and other time it didn’t work at alll.
