The beach and pool is very nice. Very private beach.

The level of cleanliness is poor. We stayed in C3 in a 3 bedroom villa. The ground floor bedroom had cockroaches on the floor besides the bed. There were 4 to 5 live and dead cockroaches. I called for housekeeping, they came but when I returned to the bedroom, there were still cockroaches. This is not worth the price we paid for and the standard of a 5 star resort with 4-5 cockroaches. Please do a thorough clean up and pest control of all the villas and bedrooms in this resort.

I highly recommend including the breakfast in your stay - being able to order from their coffee shop within their buffet was very delightful. The location of the resort is past several marble statue shops that were amazing to view on our first commute to the resort from the airport. Definitely check out their yoga classes and enjoy the spa and massage treatments. Also our hotel manager was very attentive to our requests (which we communicated through Whatsapp - she responded very quickly to us and always followed through). We requested a special dinner on our 2nd night, and they were able to prepare a beautiful set up and course meal for me and my husband. Lastly the hotel was able to connect us with a great personal driver who was able to take us from Lady Buddha to Hoi An in the same day.

This resort was the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. The facilities are excellent, offering everything you need to unwind and enjoy your time away. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide variety of options – even vegetarians will be impressed by the choices available. The resort features three restaurants, and the Mexican restaurant was a definite highlight – delicious food and great ambiance! The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with airport pickup and drop-off, as well as organizing local tours, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to relax and enjoy great hospitality!

Complimentary pick up at the airport being very convenient. Very welcoming and helpful staff making you feel at home. Extraordinary facilities with spacious one bedroom AC villa (very clean and well serviced) and individual pool. 3 different sorts of restaurants on site with a generous buffet breakfast being served. Private beach. One infinity pool. Very nicely walkable areas, buggy to take us around when the little one is tired of walking. Forget about work pressure and rejoice here! Thanks to Harry!

Naman Retreat is very pretty on a well layout compound. A mix of apartment and private villas. 3 pools, 3 restaurants, spa and wellness. The Bliss Suite I was in was comfortable with a living cum dining area and separate bedroom. A narrow terrace you can only stand to look at the sea. The private beach is amazing - spend 2 days just enjoying the sun and warm breeze at the sun lounges. The private villas are great for families to get together as it has own private pool, patio and BBQ pit. The Vietnamese restaurant food was great with awesome deco. PS: for someone who does not watch TV they provide a good selection of satellite channels

Overall the whole property is accessible friendly. Could improve in the bathroom with hand rails for shower and bathtub. The staircase in the spa with all the dark wood needs to be lit up at all times

We absolutely loved this place! We were greeted by staff, accompanied by a drink and then were driven to our apartment. The apartment was plenty big enough for the five of us and was really comfy, with everything we needed. The facilities were unmatched, multiple pools (beach front), spa and gym had everything you needed for a good work out and a relaxing time. The restaurant were all amazing, but the breakfast buffet blew our minds! The stay were incredible very attentive and helpful, front of house staff member Harry was always on call when you needed anything or any information.

Not really walking distance to anything, but taxi’s are cheap and only 20 minutes to Da Nang and Hoi An. So it’s not a big issue.

The Naman is absolutely beautiful. The facilities are amazing - gym, pool, salon. The cocktails are delicious with happy hour by the pool everyday. The staff are really helpful. They organise a free bus into town twice each day. Airport collection was so seamless. The BBQ buffet party was great fun with live music and a good selection of foods.

We stayed in an apartment instead of a villa this time and we felt the apartment lacked the 5 star touches that we were paying for. It was perfectly clean and comfortable but felt the same as other 3/4 star places we had stayed for much cheaper. The food was nice but again, not amazing as you might expect from a five star hotel.

Great resort, fantastic facilities.

A little remote, is in the middle of Da Nang and Hoi an, not much around the adjoining area but If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful destination it's perfect. A little unusual but the pool's close at 7pm, must be a regulation thing, could do with a bit more ambience, live music poolside and a qr code ordering for the loungers would make it easier for everyone. Restaurants are ok, breakfast buffet amazing but lunch and dinner options a bit limited.

Let me tell you, Helen our personal ambassador was incredible. She was attentive to our needs and was so helpful in booking excursions last minute. By far the best experience I've had with a concierge at a resort. The property is as stunning as it looks. Yoga with Mey was incredible. We did the 3 hours spa package and in my opinion one of the best massages I've ever had. Breakfast was also exceptional and the staff there were super attentive to our needs and remembered where we liked sitting every morning for brekkie. The coffee at Hay Hay is incredible, buy a packet if you love good coffee. The 4 cheese pizza at Blounge was tremendous, thank you to the chefs!

Naman Retreat is a very beautiful, clean and well-maintained resort. Everything was perfect, except the food. The breakfast at Hay Hay restaurant was great, but everything else we ate at this resort didn't meet the standard. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. During check-in, a staff was assigned as an ambassador who regularly checked on us, our experience at the resort, helped us with room services, etc.
