Beautiful hotel with lovely pool areas and grounds and on the beach. Staff had excellent English skills and were friendly. Huge room and bathroom, comfy beds etc. Breakfast was out of this world, best we've ever had anywhere in the world. Evening food was good too. Problem with shower sorted out quickly. Only complaint is the cost, especially for food and spa as 3-4 x cost of everywhere else. Easy to get Grab pick up and walking distance to Marble Mountain. Would have liked to stay longer.

Customer service was excellent. Place was safe, quiet, had its own beach walking distance to Marble Mountain. Only been to the pool once but should have didn’t more time there. Room was large, clean and nice. We booked an ocean facing room, there was a small balcony and we could listen to sound of the waves (sometimes fishing boats at night) and woke up with sun shining onto our bed

Our room was at the end of the hotel and is a very long walk from hotel lobby. There are no amenities around the hotel and we had to grab to town centre for food and massage. Grab was not expensive and never took more than a minute to get one

The rooms were big, comfortable and well equipped but what made it for us was the friendly and professional staff that went out of their way to make our stay even better than we could have hoped. We were there for the Ironman event and it was perfectly situated for the participants with many lovely touches to make our stay special. A special shout out and thank you to Dung on the concierge desk who went above and beyond with her customer service. We also used the spa which was very clean, staff professional and a wonderful experience.

The only thing that we could have noted about the property was that there weren’t many sun beds on the beach for the guests and sometimes there weren’t any available when we would have liked. However this didn’t stop us from having a memorable stay at this property.

The breakfast buffet was great, multiple stations, western and asian dishes, juices, bread, eggs and waffles made to order... Spacious room, huge bathtub. The poolside is fantastic, and the private beach is beautiful (and not busy at all). Lovely staff.

The sea view from my room was not what I expected. I expected a room facing the sea, not on one side of the u-shaped hotel. The view from inside the room (not the balcony) was actually the pool and the opposite side of the hotel. The restaurant and bar closed a bit too early (around 11 pm). During check-in, I couldn't use my American Express card (apparently because it was a bank holiday), so I had to use my Chinese debit card. Then I was told they would not charge the deposit due to some complicated refund process, so it was a bit inconvenient to pay for drinks and snacks from the poolside bar and restaurant instead of charging them to the room.

Breakfast great, evening meals great, we were able to stay in the rooms we requested on ground floor near swimming pool. This was the 3rd time we have stayed at the hotel 2 as Vin Pearl and 1 as Mariott. The swimming pool needs a little attention as tiles falling off.

We did not have an umbrella and chairs on the wooden platform for first 3 days on area outside our room the ones there were already taken and we were told there were no more umbrellas. Pool staff shifted umbrella and chairs for the last two days which was great. On the Pool rules I would like to see that babies wearing nappies have water proof ones. Pools need some maintenance as tiles coming off. Rooms supplied with mosquito spray please.

The resort is stunning, with beautiful gardens, three different pool areas and a pristine private beach. It has a lovely, calm feel. The staff was exceptional, extremely helpful and always at your service. The food in all of the resort restaurants was delicious, however our absolute favourite was the breakfast buffet. The choice was incredible, from amazing French pastries and breads, to Western style cooked dishes like bacon, baked beans, eggs cooked to order, waffles and pancakes, to an array of Asian hot and cold foods, fresh fruits, juices, smoothies and iced or hot coffees.

The room was very generously sized, but if you looked closely there were signs of tear and wear showing - for example our wooden door to the room had a split in it and the toilet seat and bathtub showed marks. House keeping came daily and always provided fresh towels and toiletries, however it was not always absolutely sparkling clean. Sometimes the floor was not swept and you could see dust in places. The only other thing we thought that could have improved our stay was if there had been a resort shop. The resort is not near any shops at all, so it would have been nice to have the opportunity to purchase sunscreen, , souvenirs, books etc on the premises. These are minor details though and we really enjoyed our stay overall.

The hotel offers stunning views from multiple angles, at all times of the day. The staff are friendly and helpful — just like the Vietnamese people in general — always welcoming and willing to assist visitors. The room was spacious and clean, exactly like the photos — if not even more beautiful. The hotel provides a lifeguard on the beach for guests’ safety. The beach is made up of soft, clean white sand and is gently sloped over a long distance. This means you can walk quite far into the water before it becomes deep, making playing in the waves both more exciting and safer — especially with a lifeguard nearby.

I tried to find something I didn’t like, but I honestly couldn’t find anything.

There was basically nothing to fault. I think April is off peak season as there wasn't much people around and at times, we basically have the pool to ourselves! The room were fantastic, all facilities such as gym and pool were great. Food and drinks were great too!!

I recently stayed at Marriot and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I loved the comfortable bed and the stunning view from the balcony. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious meals, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It catered to all tastes, including fresh fruits and local specialties. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The hotel also provided helpful recommendations for local activities and places to visit. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service. I can't wait to return!

What an amazing hotel! Our room was incredible, with so much space, a fantastic bathroom and huge bath! The bed was huge too and very comfy. The staff were great and breakfast had every option you could think of. There were loads of pools and the private beach was nice, although we didn't spend much time there. The gym is pretty decent for a hotel and the spa (consisting of a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) was nice too. Also the beautiful trees and flowers in the gardens were lovely and added to the relaxing feel of the hotel. We had a fantastic time here and would have stayed longer if we could!

It's a little worn in places but I think that's just because it was built a while ago and needs a bit of a paint touch up outside, but nothing major and the place is still wonderful.
