Halong bay cruise companies would be wise to show some proactive activities to clean up plastic in the water. Would have like to see them protect the environment they make their money in. In general it was too crowded with boats and all companies were passively watching tons of plastic float by

drinks could be improved. first of all, drinks were too expensive. during the dinner course, we wanted to get a glass of wine but couldn’t as the cheapest wine was over £10 for a glass of wine! Also, the cocktails weren’t great. we ordered Mojito and Maitai during happy hour. it was literally the worst Mojito I’ve ever had in my life to be honest.. i didn’t even drink half..So did Maitai

The boat was amazing. There are a lot of facilities allowing you to spend all day long on the boat without being annoyed. The staff is amazing and always trying to give you advices , information to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this cruise !

Maybe the fitness center could be a bit better.

The facilities and the staff is great. The activities especially on the second day were very varied and entertaining.

The pool turned my wives hair green - which disappeared after a couple of days.

For the very high price, the boat that ferries you to and from the main boat and shore and the activities was in need of an update or replacement. I'm tall and I just did not physically fit into the bench seats. It wasn't a huge deal, but given that this experience occupied a couple hours of our sub-24 hour trip, a meaningful percentage of our time was spent on this deeply uncomfortable boat.

Absolutely Stunning boat. Our cabin was amazing- so beautiful and comfortable and most importantly very spacious.

if you wanna do halong bay the right way…this cruise is def to check out The meals they serve on the cruise were my highlights along with the tub and balcony to go with the room they truly pamper you likes kings!!

Beautiful boat and great staff. Can’t go wrong.

It could do with live music entertainment on board for the evenings as there was not much to do after dinner. Also more breakfast offerings before setting off on the kayak morning would have been nice.

Over all the trip was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful.

I wish the trip were longer.
