Room is clean, spacious, balcony. Toiletries and towels provided. Air conditioning unit and hot shower good. Beds are clean, spacious, firm mattress. 2 water bottles given. Water jug working well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price is very affordable. Good enough if plan is just to use room to shower, and rest. Quiet environment.

Hand soap dish not available, so had to put hand soap on sink top. Water seeped through from shower area to toilet bowl area. No coffee/tea provided. Should replenish towels, toiletries when making bed the next day. Guess you get what you paid for.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sam. He was very attentive, even drive us to the bus pick-up spot outside of the island and wait until we hoped on the bus. Room is clean, spacious, and has beautiful view of Ha Long bay. Definitely will come back next time we are in Ha Long!

The toileteries would have been better. The shower gel was nothing left in the bottle, the hair sham is was just alittle. This was not good. I wished i could see the staff after check in, they were nothwere to see

The two lady who was at the reception were really kind and helpful when we wanted something or information, one of then recommended a good restaurant, they have their phone to translate and they even call us a cab to where we wanted to go.

Everything about the property was good, but before booking in Halong Bay know that almost everything is close in the bay, don’t make plans with Google maps there’s nothing to do here exempt cruise and cave.

The staff is friendly even though they barely speak English. It’s close to the harbor.

It has nothing to do with the hotel, but it is hard to find restaurants or cafe nearby, because all the places close when the ferry trips end.

It was exactly what we needed. Comfy & quiet sleep and very close to the ferry port. The staff were great helping us find the port.

It's a bit of a dead place but we weren't there for the vibes of the town
