Had a great trip with Alisa Cruise. My friend proposed on this cruise last year, and so it came highly recommended. The attention and genuine care were worth every penny. The team planned a lot of surprises for us right from the decor in the room to a surprise performance to celebrate us later for dinner - made this honeymoon trip memorable! Shoutout to Dan and Anna from the Alisa team for coordinating all of this. Anna made the whole process easy despite us being thousands of miles away. Super helpful and efficient! What to expect: Great food, luxury experience, great rooms, decent itinerary. Mostly morning heavy activities. What not to expect: late night parties, dance floor on the cruise Overall, you’ll enjoy the experience if you’re looking for a relaxing time on placid waters with a priceless view that will stay etched in your memory :)

Could have had more activities planned on the upper deck. I felt this incredible view was under utilised.

What a fantastic choice for a cruise! Anna was always on hand for all prior arrangements. The staff are very well trained, attentive and welcoming. The food was great and plentiful- catered for my vegetarian needs perfectly! Our room and balcony were beautiful and comfortable. Excursions were standard to other cruises so busy but very interesting. Highly recommend 👍

All good! Drinks are expensive of course but fine for one night.

Overall good experience from the start there was direct good contact about the trip with Anna. She did a good job helping me providing information and answering any questions we had through WhatsApp. We took the 2 day trip and all staff were kind and cheerfull, the food was excellent! We were lucky to get a free upgrade from the senior to the vip suite.

When staying at the senior or vip suite sometimes there will be some loud music playing from the music/bar.

Staff lovely, food good

Room v small, plug sockets in bed. No menu with meals, didn't know what being served & how many courses. Service too fast. Made to feel bad if didn't want food offered also if didn't want to join activities. Timings too early - lunch at 9.45am??!

Amazing trip organised last minute and so easy! Anna the manager helped us to book a bus to the cruise from Hanoi via WhatsApp which was so convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Jin and James for your help and kindness.

Really nice cruise. Mrs. Anna was our contact person and helped clarifying everything before the trip. The cruise staff was also super friendly. The cruise provides a wide range of activtities one can join (however there is no need if you just want to relax on the boat you do not need to join any of the activities). The food was also really great!

We spent one night two day trip on ALISA PREMIER CRUISE and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic! Right from the get go the entire staff was very welcoming & ensured we had the best experience. We had specific dietary requirements and the cruise staff ensured that we had a wide spread of choices across our meals. A special mention for our Cruise manager Alex who was a total star, super friendly and had an eye for detail. He made our trip memorable and was always a delight to converse with. We were upgraded to stay at the Royal Suite and the room was incredible. Everything from room cleanliness to the service provided, excursions and food was beyond our expectations and value for money. Will strongly recommend Alisa Premier Cruise and rated this cruise 6 ⭐️

Recommended by friends and booked this cruise at last minute but still had very fast support from operator staff via WhatsApp and we got the picked up next morning right at my hotel in Hanoi. The pick up charged extra fees of 35USD/ person for round trip and it worth by luxury limousine shuttle bus. The transfer took 2.5 hours to reach the harbor office for check-in procedure. Boarded the ship and had lunch after briefing. Lunch was really good. Then was followed by the guided activity (kayaking and Titov island). Titov island was crowded and the climb up the top of the island is manageable but some steps could be quite high. Dinner was so great also. Please noted that the drinks were just perfect in quality but not included but the prices were fine for us. Other activities like cooking class, sunset party, Taiichi exercises and kayaking were well arrange by cruise manager James. Overall the experience was great and I think that the staff (especially Mr. Kenny and James) were professional and sincerely friendly. Thus we would highly recommend Alisa Premier cruise and hope our friends enjoy more chances with the Alisa

Can not find any bad thing

Comfortable and affordable luxury with all you need to enjoy the amazing Halong Bay. Halong Bay is definitely a place to put on your buckets list. Beautiful, serene, interesting, unique. Our cruise fantastic, friendly staff, comfortable, good excursions and more than ample food.

One of our party had dietary needs. they asked before and during trip but message just wasn’t followed through. Even after presenting food once and sending away, food came back with similar incorrect item a second time. I realise language is an issue but if they take the time to ask before and during, at least follow through. Not life threatening but a little annoying. Mainland booking agent followed for general feedback after cruise and was most apologetic.

Balcony room was great to relax privately but a tad small. Management Staff were very attentive with great English but other staff struggled with English.

No noise dampening in hallways so you could hear when anyone was going past. Plus there were a lot of kids on the cruise so they were running up and down the hallways. Quite a lot of mould and dust in the main areas of the boat.
