The hotel looked exactly liked advertised. It was clean, spacious and the breakfast is delicious. You can walk to the bay and a shopping center. The personnel was always super friendly and asked everyday if we need something or if we want housekeeping. We can recommend this place if you want to have a nice time in Halong City.

No issues that would keep me from staying. The first day, the AC was not on and went out when we left the room because we only had one keycard which turns on the electrics. It was so hot, that we sweated but after a few hours and the days following it was perfectly air-conditioned. On the first day we also had to get the cleaning staff again because there was hair and dirt left from the previous people. But the frontdesk apologized several times and sent cleaning person right away. After that, it was impeccable.

It’s freshly new super stylish hotel. All the furniture in the room is nice and comfortable. The bar downstairs is the big plus: variety of beverages; breakfasts; polite staff.

Staff went out of their way to accomodate me. Very happy! Also lots of beautiful girls enjoying the coffee shop!

Hotel was nice and felt really new. Unfortunately other side of the bridge from a lot of things. Staff were cool guys though and some nice restaurants close by. Depends what your after

Overall, it does the job for one night at most if you're looking for somewhere to lay your head, with a good location.

But it's nothing more than an upgraded hostel, it doesn't meet any criteria for a hotel, and certainly not a 4-star hotel...and all at an exorbitant price for Vietnam.

Nice room and comfortable bed.

Renovation noises at 7.30 am. The toilet that was not working properly. No choice for breakfast. Only an American breakfast and coffee was chargeable. Very bad attitude from the staff in the coffee shop except 1 waitress.

I stayed only 1 night and for my purpose, the location was perfect.

Garbage in the bathroom wasn't empty when they gave me the key. Top sheet had handprints and bath towels were brownish... they need to buy new ones or used bleach and detergent The receptionist who check me in and out is not very friendly, apparently she doesn't speak English but they advertise otherwise. She went to inspect the room before she properly check me out. Another lady show up later and she was much nicer.
