Beautiful small hotel in the lovely Hong Gai district of Ha Long Bay. Walkable to tons of cafes and restaurants and the waterfront. Perfect location. The hotel was very charming - great breakfast included and the room decor had a very relaxing vibe. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very attentive and helpful. We had a slight issue with the a/c control but they came and helped us out, so we were able to have heat in the winter season. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice little hotel. We got a free room upgrade so we were especially happy. The location is good, and you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel to drive around. It is clean and has everything you would need. I recoomend it to everyone

The only improvement that could be done is the breakfast, they mainly only serve soups in the morning and toast with egg which for internationals might not be the best. a little pencake or something sweet could be nice. despite this i would still recommend

The property is really pretty and our room was very nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the boat tour is really nice! Everything is explained in detail so there should be no surprises on your stay.

The bathroom is beautiful, but the water gets everywhere. Meaning, even though there was glass separating the toilet and shower they would still both get wet. For breakfast you get an amount that you can spend in the restaurant. This is not a lot, so you’ll have to pay extra.

Room was very cozy & comfortable, very clean & affordable . The staff were amazing & very accommodating . They spoke English helping me book a tour & taxi. Thankyou so very much.

Restaurants in this part of Ha Long closed very early, nothing to do with hotel though consider when choosing location.

The location is nice, the road was wide and maybe we came at right time, end of August, but parking was not an issue what so ever - parked right in front of the hotel everytime. We booked two rooms and they were both nice. Each had two small balconies/terraces. The beds were nice and comfortable, the bathroom in one of the rooms has an open design which was refreshing and also made the room feel bigger, plenty of wardrobe space, my room in particular had a small nook where you can sit down and work or just use as a charging station. Also, cleanliness and staff were top notch. The hotel has a bar and also provided breakfast if you don't feel like going out. In the vicinity there is a Vinmart too so that was convenient.

Nothing in particular. The day we arrived there was heavy rain so the sewage acted out a bit, however the staff took care of it promptly and afterwards it was fine. Though to be honest, sewage systems are not a strong point for Vietnam, regardless of where you go, so for what it's worth I don't fault the hotel.

We loved the small and cute rooftop area to eat our breakfast. We ate a very satisfying chicken noodle soup each morning. Staff are very helpful and professional and we appreciated the fast laundry service. Our room was nicer than the pictures. The area is quiet and clean, and you can easily walk to the water where there is a nice path along the bay (great for sunset).

It is a very small inconvenience to be away from Bai Chay, but we realised it is very cheap to get a taxi over the bridge! No problems:)

The room was clean and very comfortable. Air con, had a safe, we got one with a lovely balcony. There was a mini bar with cheap snacks and drinks and generally just a lively place to stay. The staff were also exceptionally helpful and even ordered us pizzas one night (there's no evening food) as I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to go out searching. They sorted it all and delivered it to the room. They even paid it and just added the cost to our room. They often called us taxis and made sure the driver knew where we wanted to go.

The only down side was the noise. The hotels near a construction site and a rooster (we think) went off at 5am (it was still dark) and the construction works start at 545am and it was quite loud from our room (front facing balcony room). Also one evening a guy with a leaf blower was leaf blowing the hotel corridors at 10pm, randomly. That being said, most of Ha Long is a Construction site ongoing so this is probably an issue in any hotel. And we did adapt to it very quickly, just take some ear plugs!

Great room, VERY welcoming and friendly staff with well spoken English and great service! Private car was organised for us, boat trips can be booked from reception and overall great breakfast and coffee!

The location was perfect. The room and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The staff was very helpful, they helped us with all our tours in Halong Bay and transfer to Hanoi seamlessly. Will go back again.

Towels, bedsheets and pillow covers could be more clean. The towels were mostly stained, though the staff changed them as soon as we raised a concern. Otherwise everything was perfect.
