The staff were so attentive and lovely. The room was spacious with such a comfy bed. The bath was great and even had jets in it! Felt super luxurious, wish we did another night! Mr Men was awesome and funny. The kayaking was fun and the cooking class was a lovely touch.

Just a small something. We are vegetarian, the options we had were very limited. We basically had what everyone else was having but without the protein. I think maybe more thought could be put into this.

Liked that this cruise went to Bai Tu Long Bay. There were very few boats and less hectic than Ha Long Bay. Facilities were nice, room was large and liked the view from the cabin and bathroom. Mr. Sunday was a great host and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Food was average. The meals got long and since the meals are inside it took away from time to be outside enjoying the views.

The staff and service onboard the ship was fantastic. Our guides Tommy and Kent were really fun and knowledgeable and all of the waitors and bar stuff on board were exceptional especially Jack (I think is his name) - the fantastic singer who sang for us both nights. The schedule was jam packed and the food was exceptional.

The cabin could be seen as slightly shabby around the edges and the bathroom had a bad smell but you don't spend a lot of time in the cabin so not really a problem just something to note if you are expecting luxury.

Amazing experience and great staff. The tour guide Tommy was simply amazing! The cruise sails in Bai Tu Long Bay and the scenery is simply amazing. This route is much less busy than most popular Ha Long Bay and you can enjoy the views with less tourists around. Food on board was also very delicious. The staff has beautifully decorated our room as we were on our honey moon. Highly recommend!

Ha long bay on Swan cruises was a highlight of our trip. They may not be he biggest or flashes boat there, but what they offered was perfect. Lovely rooms with modern bathroom. Meals were out of this world. It was some of the best food we had eaten while in Vietnam. The staff were incredible. I would definitely go with Swan again.

Food and scenery was amazing, staff friendly and helpful and willing to share information about the area to improve the overall experience. An error with the booking system meant that we were upgraded to a higher end experience at no additional charge

We were extremely happy with our cruise experience. The location, Halong Bay, of course is unbeatable. The ship was extremely clean, comfortable, everything was well-organized. Our room was lovely, huge, and clean. There was plenty of delicious food. The kayaking and the island tour the next morning were great.

This is a great cruise, very satisfied. Our tour guide Mr Kein was very positive, knowledgeable and kept check on the service level provided to guests. The crew were young and friendly and provided awesome service. Thank you very much. Simon Forthun
