The best bed I’ve ever slept in. We ended up coming down with a cold while we were in Ha Long and honestly there was no better bed to have to stay in all day. It was sooooo comfortable! The shower was also great. The towels were of good quality too. I really loved staying here. Breakfast was great. Coconut coffee was also excellent. Worst part of the hotel was having to leave, I wish we could have stayed longer. Don’t think twice, just book it.

The location might be a little far out for some people but because we were just resting we loved it. There’s a nice view of the cruise ships at night time.

This was a very nice hotel, the room was excellent. Very good size and comfortable with nice decor. The scrambled eggs I chose for breakfast were very good. A very big shout-out to Viet for being so helpful and friendly, he made my stay so much better!

I would have preferred a little more information about the hotel and the local area when I checked in. I was also thinking about taking a tour to some caves but there was no offer of help to book for excursions etc. The terrace was excellent but I would have preferred a more comfortable chair to sit on, the little black stools get too hot to touch let alone sit down on. You can’t walk to a store to get any groceries, snacks etc but you can get a very cheap taxi ride into the main area which takes less than 5 minutes.

Everything!!! Staff was brilliant and helped us remotely to organise very good value transfers and cruises and on site for some additional activities and taxis. The reception/restaurant area was stunning and the room spotless and very well maintained and decorated. It feels that the hotel is brand new! The bathroom and shower is also perfect and it is well designed so there is no water everywhere every time you shower. The breakfast was really good too and one evening we had some pizza and drinks and was really good with fresh seafood! We also loved the city of Ha Long and being able to walk around including the promenade alongside the bay. In a quiet part of town, this is the perfect spot for a comfortable, relaxing stay!

We missed some fresh fruit with breakfast as you have to picked which option you want (these options changed in the two days that we were there which is brilliant!)

The accommodation: Incredible, very well lightened, squeaky clean, decorated in a very classy and modern style + it’s full of light !! Flowers and plants everywhere, it is like we were in Eden’s garden. The bed is top notch comfort. They have laundry services for less than 5€. Very fast and squeaky clean as well Location is great. Very beautiful. The food is succulent, breakfast is affordable and DELICIOUS. Staff: Viet really is amazing. Always here to listen, very gentle & offering help whenever he could. He really made the stay extra-amazing for us. General opinion: If you want perfect: go there, it really is amazing. I am recommending this hotel to everyone I know.

Great stay for a few days!! The location is nice since it's a bit away from the tourist area and nearby a park and local places. The food was pretty good, we had salad and pizza every night for dinner. The room was cozy and the bed was sooo comfy. Rented a motorbike for 200k and borrowed bicycles for an evening as well. Only thing is distance from the Marina. If you do a day cruise it's about a 30 minute drive one way, which wasn't bad at all since grab is easy to book. We had a really great time! This feels like a boutique hotel, in the sense the room is not with a typical layout, and that it has some design elements to it. The room was nice, we got a small balcony with a nice side-view to Halong Bay. The restaurant on site is also good. Staff is friendly.

The hotel has no reception working during the night, and some other passengers decided to make quite a party during the night. There was no one to call too to make the stop, so I had to do it myself. This makes me think it is not really an hotel but more like a homestay. The restaurant and all rooms are connected through a large staircase running the whole middle of the property, so this adds to poor soundproofing. The bar on the roof, although it operates until 22:00ish doesn't help either.

I loved everything about property. I stayed in Junior Suit 202 room and it’s so great. Amazing bathtub, very comfortable bed and nice pillows. The best is the stuff! So friendly and warm welcome. They brought a cake for my birthday breakfast and it was so sweet of them. And took care of me when I had stomach problems. So far the best hotel I stayed in Ha Noi area and Ha Long. Very authentic and cozy. You should try rooftop bar and their pizza.

To add More Mediterranean breakfast options and I found some black hair in bathroom floor.

The city is quite sad, but this hotel is a little gem. The staff is very kind, and the place is modern but decorated with a lot of taste and attention to details. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and pleasant. Breakfast is generous, you can choose among several meals, not a lot of choices for végétarians but when I said that I didn't eat meat, they were nice enough to serve me something to replace bacon. I really recommend, the place is neat and we had a very deep rest on our way back from Cat Ba.

Probably one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at so far for our visit for Vietnam. Nice building that had modern feel to it. Welcoming staff and secure building . Right by the walk way for the water with lots of cafes near by . The downstairs area has dining and drinks available which was nice as at night we couldn’t find a cocktail place close by but we could get some here at the hotel . Nice plush bed with nice air con .

Seemed little further away from things but still very nice area and could easily take a grab somewhere else .

This is a vey cute little hotel with gorgeous features. I loved the food (pizza was really really good) but the one that stood out as at reception. She (I think Tanh) was a really Chief Concierge telling me where to go and really personalized service by following up about ceramics I was asking about. She was very caring and passionate about her city and hotel. She even gave me a little present for my birthday and explained me about the coal mine of Halong bay and its history. Very pleasant stay and memorable. Thank you!!
