I really enjoyed the trip on Ruby Cruise. Especially the food was delicious and the staff was friendly!

The cruise as well as the staff was superb...they helped solving all queries on whatsapp once we booked. Despite one of us being a vegetarian, they were very kind to accomodate and make available good vegetarian food. They helped arrange for transport to and fro from hanoi, we had one way free transport. Tang was our guide throughout the cruise and he is amazing - always helpful and smiling 😊..we enjoyed the activities and the kids didn't want to return from the cruise trip! Room and bathroom were comfortable...the boat isn't very big which was a major advantage as it felt personal rather than commercial. Activities are well done, the kids enjoyed the spring rolls class and squid fishing. The trip to surprise cave was superb. The food was also very good and beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend the cruise to all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Win Blue our tour guide was amazing. He was clear in his instructions on our activities and what we were doing and when. He took some great photos and was really knowledgeable. Due to circumstances we had not been able to get to an ATM and he offered to drive us to the ATM for a small fee. The activities were fun, the views were amazing. Would recommend but go in knowing that you need to pay for all your drinks.

Water was something that we were charged for. Happy hour was a little ambiguous, It was but 2 and get 1 free. But it was based on what you buy in happy hour means you get the free ones when happy hour is finished.

Best tour in vietnam ever. Cruise was clean, well prepared . Classic and basic than the other cruise but this is very reasonable and excellent service. Very worth it. It like 5 star service and foods. Activites and tour was superb, same like what the expensive cruises did too. Highly recomended. If you want to enjoy Halong Bay must stay min 1night. This cruise is the best and very reasonable

Add some background s9ft music on the top deck while watching the breathaking scenery

We were changed from Ruby cruise to Lily cruise and the boat is very beautiful, rooms amazing and the food is realy good. Definitely recommended

The excursions are way too busy, line up to visit the cave was ridiculous, real mass tourism. We skipped the excursion to the other cave the next day it's just too busy everywhere. That's the same for all boats and cruises they are all on the same location, so not to do with this company

The stay on the cruise was amazing. We had Thang as our guide and he was incredible. He explained everything in detail, always with good jokes and an amazing photographer. We loved the stay!

Nothing to complain, we are a lot but that’s a good thing

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They booked transport to and from Sapa at great prices. Also booked our tickets to Fansipan. We felt really looked after. Our room was delightful and had a wonderful view. I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially our guide Jorli. The activities including the beach, cave,pearl farm and swimming were fun and well organised.

The mornings were a little early but completely understandable.

Ruby cruise is like a private boat for us.Clean and spacious room, everything was provided.Food was great too, taste and serving were satisfying.Excellent customer service.Very nice staff..good cruise to stay.
