We came back here 3 times during our stay in Northern Vietnam. The hotel itself is a bit out of the city so it's quiet but an easy Grab ride into Old Town. The beds are the comfiest I've slept on at a hotel, the bathroom was spotless and plenty of hot water. We found the staff to be lovely and welcoming.

The windows were open in the rooms with the stairwell backing, because guests didn't know they were open you could hear things going on in their rooms echoing in the stairwell, if you catch my drift..... maybe leave the curtain open so guests can close the window

The room, linen, towels, and the bed was very clean, the mattress very comfortable (asian hardness level), and the room had windows. The room did its job and addressed my chief needs of a clean bed and bathroom very well.

The communication level could be improved with a little knowledge of English, which is currently absent. The staff try to manage as well as they can and I got on well using a translator app. My first room had a leaking AC, so, I was given another room. This room had abathroom with slow drainage in the shower and a non-functional hair dryer. Service could be improved by taking care of these things proactively.

The room was comfortable Day staff were nice Got out washing back within 24h.

We had a problem with rats in the ceiling of our bathroom But they moved us to a different room. One of the night staff who checked us in was very rude to us.

The hotel is super clean. The room is spacious designed especially the bathroom with a large wash basin. I have been traveling for the last 12 years and considered this hotel a needle in a haystack. Friendly staff and superb value

The place is bit far to Trang Tien Plaza. A good 25 minutes walk. There isn’t any tour offices nearby. For travelers who likes Grab bike and car, it should be a problem. Grab car is less than 2 USD.

Nice place! I spent one night there, just on the day of Lunar New year. Everything was great. The hotel is nice and clean. The shower is really good. The guy at the reception desk was very friendly and hospitable. I needed to check out at 12.00 but he kindly allowed me to leave my luggage at the reception until 14.00.

Cleanness, Spacious, Bathtub. I had very comfortable stay. Even though the staffs cannot speak English, they tried to communicate through Google translation.

Bit far from the center. I thought breakfast is included in any kind of reservation. It would be nice to make it clear.

The Room overall was neat and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. One issue i faced was my door lock card was not working and had to use keys which was pretty difficult to lock the room. Other than that it was a pretty decent hotel to stay in.

Second stay here. Modern hotel, nice clean room with a big bath inside. The receptionist was super friendly, professional and happy to help on a number of occasions. Overall really pleased with my stay. Recommended.

Excellent staff response time. Room is spacious and clean. Hapro and Winmart is 3 minutes away.

The bedroom lamp doesn’t work. Bathtub is designed poorly as the water goes around the bathroom to floor. Recommend the room without the bathtub.
