The room was really affordable and with breakfast included. Breakfast was a buffet but local style, with noodles, fried rice, eggs, etc. Great coffee and other drinks, some fruit and bread also always available. The room was comfortable and spacious. It had everything you might need for a few days stay. WiFi works well, there's a minifridge and a kettle. The bathroom was clean and nice. The place is a bit away from the centre but you can reach Old Quarter on foot or get a taxi.

Although the staff are nice and helpful they struggle with English so be prepared to communicate in an easy and clear way if you want to make sure you are understood.

Loved the service. They are ready to fix anything. The room i got provided had a nice view of river on two sides. But still the city is covered by fog. Can't appreciate much. Everything was cleaned well everyday.

The plug points are not in correct places. I have to remove tv and hair dryer wires to charge my stuff. There is none near bed. The telephone was not even connected, just for show. Location is kinda outer . Have to use grab to see the important locations of city. The booking.com bus tourplans don't have this hotel in the way. So have to travel 10 minutes to the pickup point.

Facilities were really nice, the room was large and big while the beds were relatively comfortable, while only staying for one night I enjoyed the room. flat tv, the ac was fine, most facilities were in good condition.

The only bad things I can say is the location, being relatively far away from airport and the city center, but close enough to the train station Another bad thing is that the wi fi sometimes was lagging(to be straight and honest that bothered me the least! ) Sometimes the water ran cold while we showered which was a bit of a bummer.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Hotel Hanoi. The rooms were clean, quiet and had all the mentioned facilities. Huan was a great help. He helped us in renting bikes and just in general all the queries we had. He also added a few vegetarian options for breakfast for us. All in all, it was a great stay.

The location was a minus point - it wasn't in old quarter so we had to book cabs to get to landmarks or pickup points for Limousines etc. Plus the only other thing is we felt that the price of the bike arranged for us by the hotel staff was quite expensive. We got a way better bike for half the price in Danang. So make sure you bargain or check rental places.

The bed was so comfortable and the AC worked really well! The bathroom was clean and the place felt very secure. Very quiet location to stay if you want a good night sleep.

Not the best location as not near anything so factor in for needing to get taxis everywhere. The guy who works reception kept trying to upsell me tours after I told him I was sick and didn’t wanna do a tour, he was really pushy and kind of weird

The location of the hotel is nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. The room was clean and spacious.

The wallpaper seems to be peeling off, but in a third world country, it’s a minor detail.

Can't complain - it is good value for money. I needed to stay one night before moving on and I had a good night sleep in a comfy bed.

The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable and had a good size. The location is convenient since there is a bus stop and a convenience store close by.

The first day the breakfast was good with warm meals being offered, but for the rest of the stay the breakfast really decreased in quality. There was only some bread and two cold cuts, some watermelon and you could ask for a fried egg. The staff seemed to use the restaurant where we had breakfast as relax room and watched loud TV while we were eating. Additionally the room walls were a little bit thin.

We had a great stay. The hotel has a great location in the middle of it all. The rooms were top! The staff, especially Mr. Huan unique! He helped us with all our tours and booked, he gave us tips on what to do and so far we had only super experiences! The hotel has a restaurant with a very tasty barbecue! We had even extended 2 days because there was still so much to discover in Hanoi. We were treated very well here and can recommend this hotel!

The staff was fantastic. We felt very welcomed and cared for. The rooms are very clean, mattress is comfortable, aircon works great and the breakfast was delicious. My partner and I are vegetarians, one of the staff took us out to find street food for dinner and dessert which was very kind of him. He spoke very good English. He's happy to do anything to help. We will definitely come back here in the future! We recommend 100%
