Overall, our stay at the property was excellent. Right from the first meet-and-greet, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately broke the ice between management and customers. This personal touch set a positive tone for our entire experience. We loved the property overall. The property's attached coffee shops and convenience stores made our stay even more convenient. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Although the property was about a 20–30-minute walk from the city centre, we found the location convenient due to its proximity to various shopping facilities. This allowed us to explore the area easily and enjoy some retail therapy without having to travel far. The property itself was clean, fresh, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay. The accommodations were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of five adults and two children. Additionally, the beds were notably comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. The property did not serve breakfast, so we had to find a meal offsite - it was a bit of inconvenience.

It was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. If you stay for a long time they have free airport pick up service which was useful. It felt very safe as a group of 6 girls from the UK travelling alone. We never had an issue. It has a shop downstairs selling drinks and snacks and toiletries which was convenient to get to. Everyday it gets cleaned by default, and the cleaning staff are so lovely!! Washing machine in the apartment was a great add on Very happy would stay here again!

Sometimes the bathroom had a cockroach in but this wasn’t a big issue as the next morning it disappeared and cleaning staff would sort it.

Atlanta Residences is an Excellent property, nice room, excellent service. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this residence for anyone visiting Hanoi. I will choose this place as the one I return Hanoi for any business trip, I will stay here! Thank you Ms. Tu Property Manager and all receptionist for your outstanding job.

First of all, the check-in was smooth. The receptionist, Thui, was always smiling and informative. As we were first time in Hanoi, we asked her about where to eat and the places she recommended as great! In fact, the Pho joint which is about 6 mins walk from the apartment is pretty famous with the locals. The apartment was spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping was available. Comes with washer cum dryer and the big tub of mineral water provided in the room was a bonus. So no need to buy your own mineral water. Some reviews commented that the beer garden beside the apartment was noisy. However, we didn't hear any loud noises in the night. Circle K (minimart) in the lobby was really convenient. As we prefer a quieter environment as compared to the hustle and bustle of old quarters, this location is perfect for us. To go to old quarters, it is only about less than 10 mins Grab ride.

This is the fourth time I stayed at Atlanta, and here's some reasons why it's better than other properties - - Best location for a serviced apartment, closest to old quarters - No key card needed for elevators, you don't need to go down to pick up friends - The hotel staff brings your deliveries to your room instantly. Multiple deliveries, any time of the day/night, with a smile - they offered me a free upgrade on my first stay - no issues with durian, smoking etc. They don't hassle you for anything, I've paid the room charge late on many occasions and they're chill with it. - very hot water in shower which doesn't run out, good speed, doesn't take ages to become hot - Always keep your things which you forget in the room, they gave me some small things after I returned 4+ months later, hadn't even asked them to keep it, didn't even know I forgot it - always open doors to cabs and cars for you, load and unload your luggage every time with a smile - no tips are expected at any point, although I like to give them because all of the people who work there are such nice people

Some aspects of the property are a bit old and could use renovation Should be a bit careful around the fitness centre - the bench didn't seem very stable to me, the weights are labelled incorrectly

The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. The staff even removed their shoes before entering the apartment when they helped us with the luggages! That's when I knew the floors will be sparkling clean for us to step around bare feet. It immediately feels like home the moment we enter. It's also fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable extended stay.

The bath tub might not be designed ideally, leaving gaps that causes water to flow out and flood the bathroom floors everytime we shower. Not a huge issue, but could be a concern for family with young children or elderly.

The apartment was superbly equipped and even little things such as detergent for the washing machine were supplied free of charge - excellent value for money. I was given a free upgrade to a 2 bed apartment - although I did not require the additional beds this gave me the requested large walk in shower. The reception and daily cleaning staff were friendly and very efficient. The location was excellent for my purposes - just a 15 minute stroll into the centre of town which meant that the immediate vicinity was a little quieter with traffic noise, however, there are many cafes right on your door step. The convenience store on the ground floor was being refurbished during my stay which led to a little extra building noise and a 5 minute walk to the next nearest convenience store- this was not a problem but the in-house convenience store would have been great addition to my stay. The bathrooms could do with redecoration, suffering from some discolouration to grouting, however perfectly acceptable. Overall highly recommended and I will stay again.

Firm comfy bed. Very helpful staff. Equipped kitchen with all in one washer dryer. Lots of closet space. Furniture layout perfect for relaxing the entire day if desired. Location in outskirts of old Hanoi within walking distance of local restaurants and cafes. This is a great place for a couple to stay for an extended vacation.

Nothing negative to say about the property but we got scammed by the cafe across the street that gave us a menu without prices. Beware Cafe Tran.

High standard of housekeeping and maintenance. Spacious, well appointed apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen has a good selection of plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils and pots. Large water bottle provided in the kitchen so we did not need to buy water. Large, comfortable sectional sofa with a cushioned footrest that easily seats 4 people comfortably. Comfortable easy chair with cushioned footrest. Living space is light and airy. Dining table with 6 chairs. Every bedroom has a large window or sliding door that opens onto a balcony. Rack for drying clothing. Washing machine that has been kept clean and fresh. Very clean bathrooms. Towels refreshed daily.

The location was not that convenient but we just used Grab to get a taxi A good bakery nearby for breakfast would make this property perfect.
