The hotel was exceptional we were really amazed. The rooms were big and clean while the facilities were great. The breakfast was so delicious. The staff was very friendly and help me with all the things that i needed. The bathrooms were also big with big mirror. The hotel room we had also had a fridge not just a minibar which was great. lastly the room also had heater which can help in really cold days. I would give the hotel 10/10 and recommend it to any one who is planning to go to Hanoi. Great staff

i have almost no issues even when staying for a long time but there is one thing that the hotel can improve on which is reduce the noise from both outside noises from street and inside the hallway somehow. Maybe some sound proofing. It can affect sleep quality of light sleepers but not a really big issue.

The location was great and the room was big enough, clean and with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was included in our rate and had good choices for everyone. It was also possible to order scrambled eggs or omelette, Soup etc. which makes it a great value for money. Next to the hotel you find basically everything you might need.

We had to check out early morning at 5 am and the receptionist offered a breakfast box for take away the next morning. So instead of buying Banh mi and coffee somewhere early morning before our train ride, we expected to get breakfast for take away at the check out. Unfortunately the staff member who offered us this great service, was a new staff member obviously and didn't forward the info to the kitchen the day before even though he wrote down time and room number so we had to get on the train without anything.

We liked our room very much, there was a bathroom with shower and shower wall, a window in the bathroom, a large fridge and a great bed in which we slept very well! The breakfast was very rich, delicious and extensive! The hotel is very close to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Train Street is also within walking distance - all in all a great location and yet quiet for a good night's sleep. The entire hotel staff deserves special mention. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, motivated and always endeavour to please the guests. They always go the extra mile to fulfil guests' wishes. Mr Tommy also arranged two day trips for us which we were more than happy with - we can only highly recommend the professional agency they work with. We were more than 100% satisfied with the Hanoi 20 hotel & apartment and would love to come back - in the meantime a clear recommendation for other guests!

Spacious room, super large bed, very good location, staff are nice and the breakfast has a really good variety. Quick wifi. The AC placement was brilliant in our room, I love it when it doesn't blow directly on our faces.

The room was a little tired, especially in the bathroom with some cracked tiles. Cigarette smoke smell was coming from the bathroom, probably through the vent. The bed was on the softer side, could be a tiny bit more comfortable.

Very friendly staff, would attend to the main gate even if we arrived late on the weekend. We never really had the breakfast, but there was great coffee near by beside the lake. There was a Circle K 5 mins walking from the hotel so that was great! Would've loved to try the pool hall as well but didn't get time. The room was super clean, we opted for one with a terrace and that was the best decision ever.

The water gun (bidet) beside the toilet had TOO MUCH pressure lol! Would recommend the hotel to kindly look into that. :)

this hotel has a splendid location. it's within walking distance of some interesting sights like the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, Westlake, Hoan Kiem lake, Hanoi Tower and other. if you don't like to walk, catch a grab. the room was soundproof, there's a great coffee bar at the entrance. staff is super friendly. they guide you to the room and have the airco running 15 minutes before check in. breakfast is formidable, a modest mixture of western and vietnamese breakfast.

I don't care about the view, but I heard one customer complain about it do you should be aware that many rooms don't have a view.

The staff can’t do enough. They are attentive, helpful and above all very polite. The breakfast buffet has good variety, the ability to order freshly made Vietnamese dishes makes it great value. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well maintained considering the age of the hotel. The location is great, providing easy access to many sites of interest with grabs only a booking away. Providing easy access to other parts of Hanoi. There is a small lake behind the Hotel that comes to life in the evenings with many eateries providing amazing array of local food. There is an exceptional seafood restaurant that is definitely worth a visit.

I really like the sumptuous breakfast, the location, the cleanliness, the accommodating staff, and affordability of the price.

We smelled cigarette smoke at nighttime in our room. It could be the occupant of the room beside ours or somewhere else. We had to turn on our exhaust fan to eliminate it.

The hotel staff especially the young gentlemen managers were excellent. They helped me sort out some issues for my domestic flight on Vietnam airlines. Truly patient, efficient and went the extra mile in making sure that these issues were settled. The area was interesting. Lots of street food. They handed me a drink when I sat down on the lobby. Always made sure that I was taken care of.

The room did not have enough switches for me to charge more than one device at the time. The bathroom smelled when I checked on but this was sorted out quickly. They brought in three housekeepers to clean the bathroom so it was fine.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Delicious breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with the front-desk open 24/7. With such great service and quality, I believe it's definitely worth the money. I would happily stay here again!
