My stay at the Pullman was very pleasant. The hotel is near restaurants, coffee shops, Cat Linh Street Metro station, and the UOB Plaza office towers. It is a short drive to the Old Quarter and walkable to the One Pillar Pagoda. Local attractions include the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, the Hanoi Temple of Literature, and the Imperial Citadel. I also saw Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and the Hoa Lo Prison and tried many coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is about 25km from Noi Bai International Airport. The Pullman has a year-round outdoor pool, fitness centre, sauna, and terrace. My spacious room had a fridge, kettle, free toiletries, a hairdryer, and other amenities you would expect from such a hotel. The WIFI was stable and good throughout the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very good, offering an excellent range of Western and Asian choices. The lunch and dinner menu was good, too; I tried a couple of times. The hotel staff are wonderful and professional and were a credit to the place.

I found my bed very soft, but that was my only complaint.

We arrived in Hanoi and were booked into a different hotel, when we arrived there we really didn’t like it and so checked out and went to the Pullman. On arrival to the Pullman we were greeted with friendly, helpful staff who helped us with what we were looking for. We stayed in an executive room on the 10th floor where we got to enjoy the executive lounge. Our room was large and comfortable, and stocked with great products to use. The breakfast had lots of choices and was fresh. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly. The location for us was perfect, just a short taxi ride to get to the main areas which meant that it was peaceful back at the hotel.

Absolutely nothing

We are very happy that the hotel fulfilled our request to have connecting rooms for our family of 5. Thank you so much 🙏 The rooms were clean with all the amenities we need and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Some people do not like the location as there aren't a lot of food choices nearby and not that near to old quarter,, but we like it very much because it is quiet and cosy.

The rooms are not soundproof. We can hear people next door talking loudly and leaving or entering their rooms.

our room was superb, we had a huge bed - it was super king sized bed with comfortable pillows. we tried the buffet dinner, it was soooo yummy, with 40% discount. the free buffet breakfast provides good selection of food. the bad side was the location or proximity to the shopping arcade and tourist areas. TIP: try grab taxi. bonus side is the swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room. i had great time exercising and relaxing.

Super comfy bed and pillows. Hotel was quiet and peaceful so not much disturbance despite being close to a busy intersection. Staff were friendly and helpful; all spoke a good level of English. Pool was a nice way to cool off after a day trawling the streets of Hanoi in the humidity!

Paid extra per night for an additional child’s bed. The condition of the bed was worn and mattress was very uncomfortable. Hotel should consider replacing the beds.

My room was perfect, bed was comfortable, shower was excellent. Buffet breakfast offered vast selection from different countries.

Feather pillows have no place anymore and are quite annoying. In saying that, there was a pillow menu which is great. The pool was nice.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, room is good size and kids friendly, pool is great, i love the buffet, a lot of choices and good prices, we stay for a week and have a very happy experience.

The location is at the corner of streets, and drivers can find it easily. Breakfast is OK. The fitness and spa center are great, and the lobby very light.

Sometimes it seems that services are not communicating and thus they call us for the same thing.

Great property, the staff are WONDERFUL!!!! They go above and beyond, in reading some of the negative reviews I think that people need to realize that you’re not at home and not everything will be the same. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful!!

The Wi-Fi is awful, so don’t rely on it. It feels like a silly thing to bring up, but trying to get things done with the archaic internet is a pain.
