Fully furnished room, enthusiastic and polite security guard, view of the stadium is quite chill, near the center

the toilet is very old, the drainage is poor, when showering the floor is flooded. The toilet is old and scratched so it doesn't feel clean. the toilet smell was quite horrible upon entering. If the homestay owner can fix this, it will be perfect

My stay at Librè far exceeded my expectations! I have loved everything about my stay there and I will definitely come back when I will be back in Hanoi. The location was perfect, a lovely walk towards the main old quarter and just a few minutes from supermarket, Temple of Literature and Vietnam Fine Arts Museum (super recommended visit). Ho Chi Min memorial is also very close, in a short walk you can reach the lake and relax on the shores, then reach the Pagoda. the studio was very lovely and well curated, it made me feel soooo cozy! The owner is a lovely person and she was always available by whatsapp to answer any question, awesome communication. The security guard is a good man and even though he can’t speak english, with google translator communication was smooth and nice. Also i work online and the wifi worked very well! I am very happy about my time there ⭐️ 10/10. Cảm ơn 💚

A great hotel! Such a nice service! I stayed there for 5 days and I enjoyed every moment of my visit. The rooms are really nice, the hotel provided me a pick up service from the airport and I appreciate a lot that the driver waited for me while I went through customs. The managers are always online to answer all your questions: it was my first visit in Vietnam and I didn't know a lot of things, but the manager explained me in WhatsApp where to exchange money, buy food, how to buy a sleeper bus ticket and also helped me to get a taxi - incredible service, I definitely recommend!

Everything was great. No negative feedback. All the expectations were confirmed, the hotel was really nice.

The good thing is that the place has kitchenette area where we can cook whatever we want and enjoy our homemade food even at the midnight time. Cause normally, for the long stayed, we miss our origin food or the taste that we want to have. So, Libre makes us feel own room to enjoy staying. The key is that we can easily to collect. I can also communicate via whatsapp. They do inform the cleaning service timing beforehand.

More or less everything was good. The property is in a housing area so there are lots of shops and cafes nearby. It's also quite close to various attractions. The room itself has a very nice view during the night. Pretty satisfied with the host's responsiveness on WhatsApp. The security guard didn't speak English but only Vietnamese but tried his best to help when I asked questions.

My stay was a wonderful experience. The service and accommodation exceeded my expectations. The room was clean comfortable and give the highest rating possible. Free laundry and great wifi internet seal the deal. Thank you for making my visit to Hanoi an experience I will cherish. Absolutely amazing and very attractive host. 🙏

We liked that it was near the city center, the owner and the guard replies really fast even when we came from a trip at half past 12 mn, someone still replied fast when we asked about the gate. They notify real time about the cleaning and the elevator maintenance.

It was a bit confusing to find, for the grab drivers. The bed was somehow uncomfortable since the bed was not soft. The bathroom door has an issue as it cannnot be completely closed and locked.

The room was clean and had a small kitchen, which was great. There’s a lift and free Netflix on the TV.

The owner was very responsive on Whatsapp but there was only a guard on location who didn’t speak a word of English and was a little impatient with us. The bed was very hard to the point where we had back pain after 3 nights.

24h access to the property. Acceptable beds (little bit rigid). Enough clean. Free wi-fi. Hot water.

We loved staying here and highly recommend it to people! The room was very nice, cosy and clean. The stand out thing here was the staff. The security man doesn’t speak English, but is always helpful and very kind. The operators here went above and beyond for us, I cannot thank them enough, they are so helpful and kind. Overall, it was a lovely stay. We would come here again if we were wanting to stay in the area.
