The rooms are new, clean and modern. There is a 4P delivery just below with delicious food, which is very convenient. External area is also nice to chill and work for those who come for remote working.

The location is not the best, you should walk at least 10 minutes to find nice coffees and restaurants. There are other M Villages in district 3 a bit to the south, which I would recommend. Another minor is that the coffee shop doesn’t serve breakfast, which would be amazing if it was the case! Bathroom could use some improvement as well, but nothing very annoying. Overall it is a great place!

We thought the pictures looked a little AI generated - but honestly they were exactly as advertised! Awesome common area with nice coffee and cookies - very well designed and furnished. The rooms were huge, equipped with cooking utensils, induction cooker, microwave, electric kettle - you name it. Bathroom lighting was great! The bed was very comfy. We asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they delivered it to our room within 5 minutes. There's a filtered water dispenser on the ground floor dispensing boiling hot to ice cold water - a great feature that we were very grateful for. The location is superb. Sure, it's not in District 1 but I think that's to our liking. The area is definitely less touristy but the main street can get pretty busy with traffic. There are GREAT local food and cafe options right outside the hotel's grounds. Cafe 4Ps is such a vibey spot too, albeit rather expensive. And Pizza 4Ps! Pizza 4Ps has a "delivery outlet" located right next to Cafe 4Ps (you can't find it on google), serving a smaller menu. The selection was still pretty great though! We ordered pizza and pasta and it was delivered straight to our room - what a nice touch. Overall, would highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff were very accommodating and always smiling.

Spacious room, nice kitchenette with stove, fridge, and microwave. Free access to laundry room Staff super friendly and helpful. Huong helped with a taxi and stayed to give the driver directions and even helped with my bags. 4P cafe not part of the hotel, but provided room service. Really good value, excellent food including pizza, pasta, salads, and good coffee At the end of an alley of a reasonably quiet street

No tv Perfunctory kitchen supplies. No knife, cutting board, cups, etc. Room on ground floor overlooking main entrance, no privacy. Had to keep blackout drapes closed throughout stay They have arguably the best room service in the city and for some reason keep it a secret.

Used to travel to Vietnam for several weeks at a time and not being a fan of Intercon or its affiliates, I found M Village to be an excellent alternative and a delightful place to stay. The environment is serene, the staff is exceptional, the location is convenient, the WiFi is stable, and the rooms are comfortable. I can only offer my highest recommendation.

Great location in district 3, close to good markets and nice coffee places to explore The hotel is in a quiet garden, secluded from the city rumble, lush vegetation and very peaceful

The room was not particularly great, we had a window on a blind wall 1m in front of it. We were ok with it as we only stayed one night in transit.

no real issues. after 10 pm they close the main door but you can open it from outside if you are smart :)) the staff should inform you about how you can do it. or mount a smart lock.

Location was great, interior design was lovely. Staff helpful. Was really useful to be able to wash clothes free of charge. We are out but you could have cooked there easily if wanted.

There was no window in our room. Next time I would pay extra to have a window as personally I find it a bit claustrophobic without a window.

Great location, spacious room with big windows. The room has everything I need for a stay, plus a shared laundry room that has tumble dryers and detergent. Room cleaning is done every 2 days.

My studio was above a restaurant kitchen so there was noise during the day from the equipment and pipes.

M Village's services have left me quite satisfied. From the rooms, kitchen, to the bathroom, everything is clean. The staff is friendly, always ready to assist customers whenever needed. Polite and approachable demeanor.
