Very convenient location. Short walk to District 1. Very clean, very quiet, staff is very kind and easy to communicate with.

This is not a problem as I find the place easy to find, but my taxi driver has a difficult time finding it. Once you find it, you will quickly find that it is very easy to find and the sign for the place is very easy to see. It also is a road only meant for bikes and pedestrians, so it is fairly easy to navigate without dodging cars. Also, be prepared to pay in cash as they do not take cards.

I like how clean the rooms were. The view from the top floor and the incredible staff. Super willing to help, friendly, sweet and kind. I liked staying in a small quite alley but still get great cafe just under the hotel. Has a familiar vibe.

I personally loved the location but it’s a drive to any of the sight seeing points, There’s not as many restaurants as in down town and to allot of services you just need to grab a bike. The rooms seem a bit small, the space feels a bit maximized, and the stairway between the floors is extremely small. But when you get a room with a good view it’s all worth it. And with the Staff just being the sweetest, I actually prolonged my stay.

I really liked Lotus. It was in a quiet area but easily accessible to shops and facilities. The room was clean and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I found check in to be a little inconvenient. The rooms were not ready at 2pm. I stayed in two different rooms. One was an hour late. And the other I was unable to check in until 6. I would stay here again though. It was a very nice hotel. Just be careful on the stairs. They are narrow and I banged my head a couple of times (didn't learn from the first time)

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The shower was a pleasant surprise: quite a few places in Vietnam have plumbing issues, but here it was perfect. The location is good, with several awesome cafes in a 5 minute walk range Overall, the place felt new and a great value for money

My room was on the ground floor with only a small window, and it had a musty smell. I hope they air it out for the next person The door was semi-transparent with a curtain for cover. A bit of an odd choice for the ground floor next to the lift 😳

The room was nice, out of my expectation. The staff were friendly to help me out when I checked in/out. I didn't have my charger so they let me use theirs, I honestly appreciated that. Shout out to Kiệt and Hưng!!! 🤗🤗🤗

The mirror above the sink is a bit further to the front, which makes it a bit uncomfortable when you try to bow your back to wash your face or brush your teeth. However, the rest is excellent!

Location Washington great. Rooms were modern and beds were soft. Night manager Kiet was a great help and spoke english. Exeptionel value for money. Daniel
