I loved everything!❤️🙏 will definitely be my place to come back! A small gem in the busy city, outside of noisy centre, but in a walking distance to it. When searching for my place to stay, I was very conscious as there are a lot of bots providing fake reviews to the properties in Vietnam. I was so happy to see that this hotel was not only good but even better than I thought! I travel a lot and can say that you can definitely trust this booking and pictures you see. There is a small coffee place downstairs and a lovely garden 🌳 They changed towels/cleaned every second day 🙏 The staff was extremely helpful and polite!

Walking distance to city centre. Quite quiet neighbourhood. Excelent beds; firm and stabilised. Spacious shower. Friendly staff. The laundry!

Nice pantry with big fridge, microwave and water cooker. But the following items were missing: plates, cups, cutlery. Aircoditioner was working but not very well; it probably needs a refil with refrigerant R134a or newer. The temperature-indicator of the airconditioner is 'always on', illuminating the room at night. (a piece of carton and some tape helped.)

The staff was very friendly. I checked in during Vietnam Women's Day, so the hotel even gave me a delicate gift box, that was really sweet. During my stay, the staff contacted me through WhatsApp, and their response time was very fast. Since I didn't need housekeeping during the stay, I asked the staff to assist with trash collection one day. To my surprise, when I returned to the room that day, the room had still been tidied up. I was truly grateful. Staying at M Village exceeded my expectations in terms of service. The overall value for money was excellent, and the room environment was very comfortable. The café on the ground floor was also great. I could easily get coffee every day during my stay, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is very close to the attractions, within walking distance of the War Remnants Museum and the Tan Dinh Church. There are also supermarkets in the neighborhood, and there's also a gym within 5 minutes by walk, making it very convenient. District 1 is just a 10-minute drive away or within a 30-minute walk. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will stay again next time.

The soundproofing still has room for improvement. You can still hear noises from the hallway and sounds of passing cars and horns from the street. During the stay, there has been construction in the house across the road, and the noise has been quite noticeable. Also, the refrigerator in the room I stayed in happened to be a bit loud at times. For travelers who are more sensitive to noise, would recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, everything is great.

Nestled in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I was able to enjoy a much-needed respite. It was an oasis of tranquility, allowing me to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. The peaceful ambiance was a welcome change, and I thoroughly appreciated the serenity it offered. The cost atmosphere of this Airbnb was another highlight of my experience. The attention to detail was evident in the tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. The rooms were impeccably clean, and every amenity I needed was readily available. I felt like I was in my own little sanctuary throughout my stay. Just so in lovee <3

M village Tu Xuong is the best lodging in HCMC for me. It’s was like staying in a vintage villa 🧚🏼‍♂️ There is a super cool cafe shop next door with a beautiful garden🌿 ( has drinks discounts for M village’s guests) Their room is chic and clean🫴🏻 ( just few rooms for this house) Quiet location but easy to walk to the central area 👏🏻👏🏻 Nice staffs ( young boys and girls)💕🫶🏻 The price is cheap compared to the location.

Exceptionally friendly staff, I accidentally booked a room for the next day and a man Hanh responded instantly and came to help even though it was late evening. The room was clean, modern, had a high ceiling so it felt spacious, the window overlooked the local garden, it was very quiet at night.

I don't remember anything serious, except for slightly smelly towels and the fact that I would have liked a cup instead of a glass.

Location was fantastic.Could walk everywhere. The coffee shop had a nice vibe. Staff not onsite all the time but very responsive to all requests and questions.

Shower curtain rings missing- a bit tacky for the price. No crockery / cutlery / cuts provided in the kitchenette.

The neighbourhood, location, we could walk to District 1. Room 102 was excellent, great design, & you had a kitchen which was fabulous. The bonus was the laundry, which was free to use, even supplied washing detergent. Thank You.

The only downside, no TV. Staff were remote, not always there in person, but responded in a timely manner by what's app. The attached cafe, whilst trendy in looks, their pricing was high for drinks, although more reasonable local place 2 doors down.

This is now the fourth time (and third room) I've stayed in at the complex, and I love it. Such a perfect hybrid of private, long-stay, localized living with the amenities and care of a hotel. Staff are available but never invasive, asking if you need clothes transferred from washer to dryer if you're out, etc. I would say room 102 on the first floor is my favorite overall for noise control and layout but the upstairs rooms have such nice balconies for the mornings. Lovely stay.

Great location. Expected there to be some noise with the street or coffee shop traffic but you couldn't hear anything from the room. Always a nice temperature from the shaded location as well. Very kind staff ready to help with questions and laundry facility an added bonus. Great for anyone looking for a more local feel, away from the hustle and bustle but close to the most charming cafes, bars and restaurants.

Not a big fan of the wet bathroom but that's a norm in the area. Water never gets that warm if you're expecting hot showers.
