I rarely write a review, but this place deserves 5 stars and more. The staff went out of their way to help, the room was simply fabulous, complimentary coffee, whether from the room or from the kitchen, complimentary laundry which was placed in a basket at the foot of my bed, booking restaurants, advice on places to go, booking taxis. Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay at President Maison Signature. The hotel is very centrally located, yet in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Most popular spots are either within walking distance or just a short taxi ride away. The hotel itself is small but beautifully designed, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Unfortunately, we had a minor issue with ants in our room on the first day. However, we reported it the next morning, and the staff resolved it promptly and efficiently.

We stayed at President Maison Signature by M Village during the final leg of our Vietnam trip, and it was a fantastic way to end our journey. The hotel is well-located—convenient yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, providing a perfect place to unwind. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to Kim Chi, our concierge, who was especially lovely and incredibly helpful—she even assisted us in booking tickets to a local circus, which made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and we loved the quiet courtyard for relaxing. The location was ideal—close to attractions but still offering a calm retreat. This hotel is an absolute gem, set in what I believe was once the prime minister’s mansion. The attention to detail throughout the property is simply lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the standout perks was the complimentary laundry service—such a thoughtful and helpful touch! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, with a special shoutout to Kim Chi, who made us feel completely at home. She was always available with fantastic recommendations that truly enhanced our experience in Ho Chi Minh City. If you’re looking for a charming, welcoming place to stay, this is it!

Honestly nothing!

Everything about this hotel is fabulous, I absolutely loved it and look forward to returning and recommending it to friends. It's a beautiful oasis in the middle of the high energy of Saigon. From the moment you enter the beautiful courtyard garden, Sunnie and her team give the best service, nothing is too much trouble, from arranging tours to general advice on the city, and everything was done with a great big smile. The staff is young and are so much fun. I loved this hotel, and actually, I didn't want to leave. If you can bag one of their beautiful rooms, go and stay in this gorgeous hotel. Once again, Sunnie and her team are top notch. Thank you so much!

Exceptional service. We came way earlier than the check - in time and although there were no rooms ready that early, the hotel staff made sure we get the room as soon as one became available. Everyone working at the hotel have been very friendly and helpful, even gave us advice what places to visit and where to eat. The service was truly exceptional! I also liked that the hotel kept open communication via WhatsApp, which made the stay super convenient. They would text us if the laundry was ready or asking if we need anything else, and also sent us a lot of personalised recommendations of places to see and eat. The hotel itself is classy and quite aesthetic. It's located on District 3, behind a closed gate, so away from all the street noise, which made us happy in the night because it was super quiet. Very comfortable stay, we plan to come back when we are back to HCM.

The staff was so attentive and friendly. It was very easy to communicate in English and also on WhatsApp. I felt very safe and calm in the location, like a little oasis behind the front doors to courtyard. my room was well appointed, comfortable, clean. Two of the staff members went out of their way to help me find nearby ATM and bank since I didn’t get any cash at the airport. Also they both got yummy food for me with their own money and had it delivered until I got to the bank! So generous!

The “English Breakfast” was so old school British. Not appetizing to me at all.Even though the fresh fruit plate and the croissant and bread plate was nice. but if you want a solid breakfast to start your day of exploring , find a nearby cafe.

The property is wonderful and feels secluded once you walk in. It’s a little slice of heaven. It’s set away from street. We were very grateful to stay in District 3, versus 1. It was so noisy & busy there… constant traffic, honking and in general loud. We took Grab to other areas when we were exploring. It’s just a few dollars most of the time. The patio outside was a nice touch. The staff are wonderful & so helpful. They respond quickly to our requests. We didn’t eat there, but did use the laundry service which was also good. Duc (both) and Kim Chi were very helpful and happy to do their jobs.

Our room didn’t have a bathroom separated from room. My daughter’s room was more as pictured w separate bath area. With that being said, I would definitely return if I’m back in Ho Chi Minh.
