I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Lê Tân, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly helpful and understanding, taking the time to patiently answer every question I had. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely attentive, and it made all the difference in my experience. The hotel itself offers fantastic value for money – the room was comfortable, breakfast was included and delicious, and the staff were unfailingly friendly. It felt like a place where guests really matter. That said, there were a couple of small things to be aware of: I had some trouble with my credit card being accepted during the booking process, and although you can exchange money at the hotel, they unfortunately do not accept Euros. Still, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place with great service at a fair price.

This is the third time we have stayed here, it really is an outstanding hotel at a really low price. This time we stayed with the half board option. Our room was beautiful, great bathroom, hot water shower. Breakfast is outstanding - buffet style with pretty much everything covered. We had dinner delivered to our room every day, there was a great choice and the food was always delicious. The staff here are so friendly. It is so easy to catch the bus into Ho Chi Minh from just across the road and costs just 6,000 dong. A really great place to stay, we will be coming back.

The breakfast buffet was truly top notch, they have so many options, a fun bustling environment and the staff were so friendly. It is in a bit of a far away area, but great if you’re stopping for a place between flights, and taxi-ing around is no problem.

The bed is extremely firm, some people love that, but for me it was definitely challenging to have a good sleep. The staff were very helpful to get me an extra pillow, which helped a little bit, but those with sensitive bodies would be wise to find something softer or ask if maybe other rooms have different beds.

Loved ❤️ Everything! Check in was fast and easy. Got A free room upgrade. Excellent breakfast in the morning. The staff was a happy and wonderful. This is a hidden jewel near the airport.

Loved this place.

The breakfast is fair for the price, the location is good for taking local public transit buses to go everywhere in the city. There are lots of local eateries around although not for the high end restaurant. There is a local street market within walking distance for fruits and also pharmacies nearby.

The high amount of motor bikes and the heavy rush hour traffic

Location not as close to the airport as I expected it to be. However, this was not a problem as Grab cars are so inexpensive, My husband and I still find it hard to believe that we got the beautiful room with a good breakfast included for the small price we paid. Staff were extremely polite, friendly and eager to please. We both highly recommend this hotel and we would not hesitate to book this hotel if we returned to Saigon.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel and its staff.

The hotel was able to accommodate us last minute after an issue with our flight. They were very understanding as we awaited information on when we would be departing and we ended up staying a second night. The front desk actually advised us to book through booking.com to get a cheaper price than through them directly. Although close to the airport, we didn't realize the location was a little farther than we though being around the back of the airport. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great with a lot of options, made to order omelets, fresh fruit, vegetables, rice, breads, coffee, and a slightly different variety every day. The room service was affordable and very good. The staff was very friendly.

The only negative to this hotel was the beds were hard.

Friendly staff. A really lovely older man who sat outside would (without asking) run you to and from your car with an umbrella so you didn't get wet if it was raining. Room was comfortable. Clean and well presented areas.

Despite being a non smoking room, the room we stayed in smelt heavily of smoke. They offer bike rental which was convenient, but they charge double any other rental place. The bike we were given was worse for wear and did not warrant the price. The steering pulled to one side, the lights didn't work, the speedometer didn't work and access to the under seat storage was extremely fiddly to open. The petrol cap also popped open repeatedly the entire time we were driving.

I like how the place is so cozy. The staff are very helpful and I like that they always smile. Spent 4 nights and 5 days and I am starting to miss the place. The free breakfast was top notched and it was a value for the price. I will recommend this to my friends.
