Lovely and welcoming family run establishment and a fantastic place to stay before and after the Ha Giang loop! Huyền was an amazing host and helped us sort out everything we needed before we arrived via WhatsApp (without even taking any deposit!). My wife and I did a 3D2N private tour, which was one of the best experiences of my life. Huyền organised great homestays during the trip (Nung Homestay in Dong Van and Pachidua Ecolodge), and excellent lunch stops. Our easy riders were good fun and we enjoyed hanging out with them off the bike. The hotel itself is relaxed and a short walk away from the busyness of the town centre. Very clean and well maintained - plus the pool was a nice touch in the heat! We also did our laundry at the hotel and Huyền can help organise transport to whenever you need. Thanks again for a great trip!

What a great hotel to stay before and after the 4-day Ha Ciang Loop which was stunning! The service from the owner was warm and we felt right at home! It’s peacefull and quiet, perfect for families and people that want to avoid loud partying youngsters (no offense). We ate delicious homemade pizza, enjoyed the laundryservice and played pool! In two weeks they will have a swimmingpool ready which will be very welcoming after sitting on a motobike for 4 days! You can book your own tour but if you want to book a more personal tour you can do that through them as wel. It’s a nice family business worth while!

My wife and I stayed here for only one night after doing the Ha Giang Loop but wish we were able to stay longer! The property is gorgeous. There is a pool, kitchen with small menu, and everything was extremely clean and well organized. The woman who runs the place helped us to book a bus back to Hanoi and even woke up early to cook breakfast for us. She also checked up on us to make sure we arrived back in Hanoi safely. She also arranges tours and activities, although we weren’t aware of this prior to our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property in the corner of town situated right next to a beautiful mountain. Peaceful, quiet and tranquil. But the family is what makes this place extra special. Huyen, the owner went out of her way to make our stay and our experience the best possible. She organised all our transfers for us from Hanoi and back rented us a bike and everything we needed for our trip on the loop. Their entire property and town got flooded during our first night with heavy rains, the families car and house and first floor of hotel was 1.5m under water. We were stuck in our room for most of the day . Although these poor people had a terrible tragedy happen to them with devastating losses, we where still their first concern and went out of their way to get warm tasty food to us, make sure we had water and everything we needed. I have never seen people work so hard and with determination to save their belongings, clean up and get their property back to working order as soon as possible. Family members came from everywhere to help and worked nonstop to save as much as possible. When we came back from 2 days on the loop we were absolutely astonished how the property was 99% back to normal and cleaned up. I cannot recommend Huyen and her homestay enough!!!We left with a full heart and a new friend.

I would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay at a quiet and very comfortabel accomodation before starting the Ha Giang loop, or if you want to rest after the loop, before you go to another place. Everything is so well-thought off! That meaning, the rooms, the decoration, but overall, the great hospitality and service (plus, a swimming pool seemed to be on the way as well).  We stayed at this accommodation before we started the Ha Giang Loop. We booked the tour in advance at another company, but in hindsight, this would not have been necessary because the guest lady could have arranged a private Ha Giang loop tour as well (I would recommend doing the loop with small groups, as it is more relaxed, and you have plenty of time to take pictures at all the beautiful viewpoints. There are companies that have groups of over 100 people, but I would not go for these). The rooms were very comfortable (with airconditioning), clean, and the shower was hot. During our 4-day trip, we could store our backpacks at the accommodation, and we had our clothes washed. And when we came back after the trip, we could take a shower, and eat some pizza and fries before we were picked up by the bus to Cat Ba, which was arranged by the guest lady as well. We were picked up in front of the hotel, so that we did not need to arrange a taxi to a pick-up point. Great service!

We loved the historic and quiet atmosphere and accommodations. Owner was very helpful in arranging transport to town and did our pile of laundry after four days of being on the Ha Giang Loop. We stayed there before and after and both times had a lovely room. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the two small dogs who live there. It was peaceful and quiet with lovely landscape and a great path to hike with a view of the city and probably sunset. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Ha Giang.

Very Nice place, super location, pool is beautyful, helpfull people. Lost in the jungle, you get out and you re in Town. Peacefull place, perfect to relax.

Breakfast us a bit minimalist. Everything else that provide the owner is too expensive, (food, laundry..) for exemple, laundry is around 30k/kilo almost everywhere, when she asks 50k. So we baught everything outside of the hôtel. Excursions, food, laundry…

This is was one of the nicest hotel stays I remember. It was very quiet and very peaceful / relaxing with the light rain. The food in the restaurant was good and the staff was very polite and helpful. They have quite a few interesting things to check out around the dining area as well. It should be noted that restaurant dinner menu is mostly an Italian American style selection. Pizza, pasta, etc with some unusual, good twists, like corn on the pizza.

Hotel is nearby city center. Room was clean and just like in pictures. The owner and her staff was really friendly.. We left early to Hanoi and she gave coffee and bread for us.
