We give it a 9 due to the view! The room has a giant windown that faces the mountain! There is a refrigerator, AC, comfy bed, good shower. The breakfast is simple but it’s ok! (You can choose 1 of the 3 options: eggs with bread, pancakes or noodles) We didn’t want to do the loop with motorbike, so we booked a driver at the reception to stay with us for one day.

Although the staff don’t speak English very well they try to help when you book something with them. On the other hand, if you need some information about buses to Dong Van (without booking with them), they will say that there is no bus! (But if you go to the bus station you will find several buses). They always try to sell you their tour packages instead of trying to help you… Although the location is ok, there are other options with better location: near the river, for example… Regarding the breakfast, only the main dish is included, you have to pay extra for tea or coffee (and the taste is not good), so I recommend you to buy your drink in the convenience store nearby!

Fair price, my booking had breakfast included. If your doing the Ha Giang loop with Bibi’s I highly recommend staying here as it’s right beside the Kiki house where the tour starts. I could also highly recommend Bibi’s for the tour as smaller groups and all very friendly guides. My room had no issues, working A/C etc. I would stay here again.

Comfortable bed, water bottles, kettle and towels, all nice and clean Hot water and good toilet Kindly allowed us to have breakfast a little earlier than normal time, pancake and coffee was tasty, staff friendly Pool table ( did not get time to use it)

Being charged for coffee at breakfast when paid for bed and breakfast at a fair price for this, this is not something we experience anywhere else before- should inform guests prior to them ordering to avoid disapointment Shower set up- needed to hold shower to make it work

Arrived very early and they let me have the room ahead of check in which was great to get sleep after long bus ride. Thanks. exceptional views from corner room. Quiet.

We stay two nights at Long Hotel and motorbike rental enroute to explore the Ha Giang Loop. The corner room on the third floor offers a very nice view of the mountains and neighborhood. The staff is friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed the free breakfast as well.

We stayed here twice - once at the start and once at the end of our motorbiking the Ha Giang Loop. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful - because they also rent our motorbikes, we found them washing all of their motorbikes out front one evening. We asked if we could wash our bikes (lots of dust on the loop) and they obliged! The room itself as cold AC and hot water, and the twin bed room we booked had a giant window facing the street, great view. Breakfast is served on the top floor which is open and has another excellent view, cutely decorated with lanterns on the ceiling. Breakfast is also made to order - we had pancakes with honey. Motorbikes we’re safely stored inside the hotel lobby each night.

we stayed here over 3 nights (2 before the loop and 1 after). we stayed in three different rooms, which were all nice, although we liked the mountain view rooms better as it was bigger. nice and friendly staff.

the first day we arrived, the room with mountain view we booked was not available, so we had to get a room without. the fridges weren’t properly cleaned and had some mould spots. the staff don’t speak much English which led to a couple of misunderstandings. only at the very last day at check out we actually met a guy he spoke properly English. however, the staff is really nice and tried to help as good as they could.

Great place to stay for the night. If you are looking to do the Ha Giang Loop, there is a tour company next door that has motorbikes for rent or you can pay to have someone take you. The breakfast was cheap and delicious too!

Clean, very nice view and very good location (close to the city centre). They do laundry at the hotel, if you need.

Check out at 9:00, breakfast did not include any drink, you need to pay extra for it. The staff did not speak English.

We had room 402. The room was clean and we had a hot shower and a decent bed. Only one person spoke English. We rented a motorbike there that was very good. Basic breakfast.

A little explanation about the loop would be nice. We got nothing, no explanation, no map. Only one person spoke English, that is not enough.
