First of all, we thought it would be better to start our first trip with Nha Trang from InterContinental Nha Trang, which has a good location and evaluation. As expected, the hotel room was very spacious, the room condition was pleasant, and the ocean view was good. But the most impressive thing was the kindness and meticulousness of the hotel staff. We could already feel their kindness from the moment we got out of the taxi after arriving from the airport. In the hotel lobby and lounge, Cookbook cafe, buffet restaurant, swimming pool, all the staff are very friendly, and they carefully examine whether there is any inconvenience or need for the guests. Of course, a five-star luxury hotel should have such service, but there are many hotels that are unexpectedly not, and InterContinental Nha Trang shows the class that is worthy of a five-star luxury hotel. On our first visit to the hotel, the two nights in this hotel gave us great comfort and satisfaction in that respect, as we had to start our journey. Also, the hotel breakfast was excellent, especially with many separate menus, and everything we ordered was delicious. The buffet staff were also very skilled and friendly, so we had a comfortable and enjoyable meal. Before leaving for the next hotel after two nights, we had a few cups of coffee at the Cookbook cafe, and the view of Nha Trang beach through the window was especially memorable. Thank you and we will definitely visit InterContinental Nha Trang again on our next trip to Nha Trang :)

We are returning guests. Hotel is fantastic, location is great and breakfast is really good and diverse. Room are clean and well maintained, and the beds are super comfy. Staff is very professional, kind and helpful, and the ladies from the kids club were wonderful with our son. They really made him entertained and happy, a special thanks to Tiep for her kindness and dedication, truly a gem !

We took this time half board and were not satisfied with the choice and diversity, it is likely next time we won't choose this option : we stayed for 6 days and we found the choice limited for long stay (same menu with 3-4 options).

The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach, with only a road to cross before your toes touch the sand. The hotel’s restaurant impressed us with its quality and variety, and the breakfast was absolutely superb—fresh, abundant, and delicious. We loved spending time at the pool area and bar, which offered a relaxing atmosphere and great service. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the sauna and steam bath were a perfect way to unwind (we didn’t try the spa this time, but it’s on our list for the next visit!). What truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thank you for the thoughtful anniversary cake waiting in our room—it meant so much to us! And saving the best for last: the InterContinental Club Lounge. The facilities were elegant and comfortable, but it was the team that made it extraordinary. A heartfelt thank you to Nguyen and her amazing team—Han, Nga, Nhung, Trinh, Ohu, Phuoc, and Giang. You all went above and beyond to make our stay special. THANK YOU! We will absolutely be back and are already recommending the InterContinental Nha Trang to our friends and family. Breakfast selection is amazing, everyday there was something different for us to try so we were looking forwards to heading to the breakfast. We stayed on the 11th floor, the room had a amazing 360 views of the ocean from the bedroom and from the bathroom. It was open but private at the same time, so even while taking a shower you feel like you are on the ocean yet you have 100% privacy. The hotel is smack in the middle of the most active street, everything is in walking distance, the famous Sailing Club, Greek Souvlaki etc. There is a 18th floor Club Lounge that is amazing for afternoon Tea with snacks, all the girls there are amazing, helpful and above and beyond. My wife liked there special tea, so we just asked what it is made up of and what do you next day they bought us a full pack of dry tea leaf's as a gift.

There is a 18th floor private club, not to complain however it is a small place and breakfast is not the best there, you are better off on the 1st floor. However, the tea time is amazing at the 18th floor, so that is a must go. The pool is not the best, its kind of small and not for swimming / exercise, you are better off heading to the beach across the road, or to the excellent gym on the same floor. We tried the SPA on 2nd floor, not the best, again you are better off walking 10 min to some amazing SPA places just behind AB Square.

The hotel is simply superb. Extremely well divided, very well located with a comfortable balcony and a real beachfront view in all of the rooms, cleanliness much above the highest expectations (two exchanges of towels and bathroom complements per day), the best bed and feather pillows somebody would expect, a superb breakfast both in the club lounge and the restaurant, a pristine swimming pool with a bar full of promotions for non-alcohol and alcoholic drinks, an outstanding beach with perfect temperature and excellent beach structure with prompt and complete service and security, and one of the most professional and genuinely pleasant staff we have ever experienced in a big city five-star international hotel.

For the first time in our lives, we have no improvement opportunities to list! After directly relating with three of the duty managers in completely different situations, we can affirm that the InterContinental Hotel is prepared to keep on the leadership in Nha Trang for many years ahead.

This property was exceptional in every way. The location, the views, the rooms & the facilities are all in a class of their own. We were upgraded to a stunning ocean view suite which literally took our breath away. Spending 5 nights here was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam and every day we felt very grateful to be spending time in this beautiful hotel. Thank you to all the lovely staff who greeted us with a smile every time we arrived at the foyer, breakfast cafe or the club lounge. Thank you to the housekeepers who made it a joy to return to a beautifully made up room. We had a wonderful seafood buffet at the restaurant which was beautifully prepared & presented. We enjoyed a treatment at the day spa which was definitely a five star experience. We enjoyed time at the well attended pool area, the private beach area and we used the gym. The attention and staff at the Club Lounge and breakfast cafe deserve special mention Nha & Thao you are delightful young ladies. We had 3 breakfasts which were all delicious and changed its menu every morning. Location of buffet is easy to access and all staffs are very kind and keen to get what guest ask prior to raising hands. Both 2 rooms, one ocean view panoramic king suite and another city view, were excellent and very comfortable to stay. Services from concierge and club lounge staff far exceed our expectation and deserve very top rate compared with other 5 star or even 6 start hotels that I have been. Overall, the best!

The magnificent staff and the magnitude of the hotel was incredible. I particularly liked the steam room facility and the close access to Nha Trang Beach. The staff are incredible: Mr. Thai Lee, Ms. Yen Dang (amazing ambassadors) Huy (very impressive person) Chin (great trainee), Mi (extremely lovely lady)Thanh (nice man), Quay, Quayjen, Vet, Thien, Vu, Nam (legend) Thau, Anh, Mi, Thàng, Goang, Thuong, Tuan, Phuong,Tran, Uyen nice lady Nha, Chau, Coy (bro), Thu, Cao (good trainee), Lahn, Lihn & Giang, Nhung & Nhu, Vy (very nice ladies) just to name a few ;). Overall was extremely impressed with the immaculate service, style and sleek nature.

Room service food could be better. Also the steam room isn’t open in the mornings.

As per my last review in March I love the property and everything about Intercontinental and a lovely hotel. Good location and facilities and excellent varied breakfast to suit all tastes and diets. Very professional and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make Intercontinental a wonderful hotel experience and stay.
