The junior suite had everything we need, a clean and comfy bed, a fully equipped bathroom, and a TV that connected to our Switch, at a relatively low price considering its convenient location. Almost everything we needed was a few minutes walk/drive from the hotel and it was also very close to Hon Thom cable station.

Personally, the staff is one of the deciding factors for how I evaluate an establishment - they are the first and last contact point between me and the hotel. It might have been the heat but none of the staff at Harry Hotel 3 showed any sign of hospitality - uninterested faces during our check-in/check-out and no one offered to open the door for us when we left the place even though our hands were full with baggage.

No breakfast provided. Location is quiet in a developing neighbourhood however, the hotel provided a free shuttle to take you to restaurants close by and to sunset beach . The manager Bing, was very helpful and if somethings did not work properly, it was sorted out promptly. Beaches lovely

Location is still in its developing stage which will be a thriving hoilday complex in the future. Quite a few restaurants earmarked to open but closed with continuing building work inside. Sunset city can be quite expensive with a few international cuisine close by.

Amazing location, pristine, serene. No chaos, no noise, no traffic. He had a buggy to take us to Sun World area and anywhere we waned to go for shopping and food in An Thoi. The Buggy service was free of cost. Rooms were spacious, clean, well-maintained and all amenities were given. There was a wonderful bath tub too. The people at reception could speak English, were very helpful and forthcoming. There was washing machine, food-heater in common area.

All was good.

There are various dishes to pick up for breakfast, available shuttle buses, a large room and full amenities as well.

Highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit Phu Quoc. They have very nice staff and clean rooms. I will stay here in the next time come to PQ island.

New hotel with nice clean rooms. A little further from the main things in Sunset town, but for this price you cannot complain. They picked us up and helped us get to the hotel, and they have buggy service. The staff is not all great in English, but they are very helpful, and made it work. So much value for money. It would be nice if they could offer breakfast.

Great value for the price, surrounding may seem to be deserted, but it is a new area. It is just 10-15 min walking to Sunset Town Night Market and they also provide free electric cart shuttle from the hotel. The biggest advantage was the service, the guys from the reception were great and really helpful

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The host was kind, approachable, and always willing to assist. The location is convenient, with a shuttle service to the city, and the room was spacious and comfortable. A good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
