The hotel is fairly new so the interiors are in perfect shape! Our room was beautiful and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant didn’t work when we stayed so breakfast was brought to our room each morning. Staff at the reception were friendly.

The location is a little awkward. You’ll definitely need a moped to get around. We were also woken up twice at 8am by a house keeper as no “do not disturb” door sign was provided. What’s worse is that the second time she just buzzed herself in without any warning/knocking at all. That’s a total invasion of privacy.

Most of the staff were very helpful. The pool was a decent size. My bedroom and bathroom were also a decent size and my large window and long balcony had seaviews including sunsets. The nearby Sunset Hill Restaurant is set in large and beautiful surroundings including plants and flowers, fish and a waterfall of sorts. There is a supermarket even closer and also a market within walking distance. I walked to and along the beach most days. Overall, for 3 weeks, over Christmas & New Year, I found the hotel very good value for money.

The hotel would be somewhat remote for those without transport who are not happy to walk or use taxis. Similarly, with the exception of eg the restaurant and supermarket mentioned below, there's not too much nearby for those seeking modern (or Western standard?) food and drink outlets and the hotel restaurant only served breakfast. No "nice" beaches (without litter & debris) within walking distance apart from, maybe, at the Sunset Sanato Beach Club which can be accessed for a daily fee. Perhaps because it's hardly exposed to direct sunlight, the pool was rather colder than I'd hoped for.

The hotel is located near the airport. 6 min by taxi. The room is good, there is hot water, towels, a hairdryer, a kettle, water was given every day. The beach is 15 minutes. Store 3 minutes. There you can also change dollars, the rate is a little lower than in the center. There is a pool, but I did not swim. There is a balcony. The room is not small. Clean. You don't choose breakfast. They give soup one day, eggs another, soup again the third. But I liked everything.

It's a pity that you can't book a transfer from the hotel

Friendly staff, view, very close to the best restaurant on the whole Island (Sunset Hill, view my Google maps review). Position, beside a bit traffic noise, very quiet area. Daily cleaning. Free coffee, tea and water.

TV Signal not available, Switch of the only lamp beside the bed was broken. Hotel had no motivation to fix or replace it. Beach too far away to reach by walk. The published straight 300 meters way is protected by some workers and aggressive dogs. No way to trespass. Doors and locks were hard to close.

The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride to restaurants and a supermarket. For this reason, it is very attractively priced. They now have a 3rd party taxi service at the hotel itself to serve you anytime. Grab also is available. The breakfast is great value for the price. The rooms are large, well designed and comfortable. It is very quiet and housekeeping is prompt to any need. There is also a swimming pool that is clean. The beach is a taxi ride away but there is a beach across the road, accessible in an off-road fashion. The staff here are fantastic. I just needed to message my requests through Booking.com chat and I was served. They give you unlimited drinking water and all replenishments of coffee, tea and toiletries. I truly felt relaxed and energized in this small but lovely place.

What I liked about the hotel was staff. The staff were very friendly and they helped me to book tours and travel in the city.

The bed sheet wasn't clean enough, and the first day towels weren't clean, but other days, they were clean

The hotel is really nice and the room we stayed in was absolutely huge and they had great facilities we had two huge double beds to ourselves and the size of the room was really nice we also went by the pool which was really good and a good size, The staff are also really friendly.

The only thing would be the location it is close to the beach but the surrounding area doesn’t have much at night time, all the beach bars and clubs and stuff like that are on the other side and like a 10 minute Uber ride away but if you don’t mind that it really isn’t a problem it wasn’t a problem for us when we stayed but we couldn’t really do much outside in the area at night so it’s nice to stay by the pool at that time

I arrived at midnight, staff were there to check me in. air con works great, pool excellent for cooling down, my room was spacious , clean and had everything I needed. Staff are so accommodating and helpful. Loved the location, as only 10m in taxi to night market and away from the busy traffic and noise. The beach front room with balcony is a must.

Well worth the price! Convenient location right by the airport. Premium looking finishes in the interior of the room and the hotel in general. Clean and fresh sheets everyday care of the excellent housekeeping. Great pool area and good view of the sunset from higher levels. Service and care from the front desk staff is EXCEPTIONAL, in addition to the good level of english they have. They are quick to respond to any concerns and queries guests have. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel as one of the budget-friendly options in the island.

They lock the front doors at night but the staff are easily contactable to open the door even at early hours of the morning. Maybe the hotel could switch to a passcode/keycard system for this as not to disturb the staff too much? Food could also be a bit better but this is not too much of a drawback for the value you are getting from your stay. The location is also not the best as there is nothing too noteworthy in the immediate area, but Grab is easily accessible to downtown 10 minutes away. However the proximity to the island’s airport more than makes up for this in convenience.

Comfy bed, clean room, good price quality. The manager was attentive as we had a misunderstanding regarding the shuttle service (it is not necessarily included with your booking) and they resolved it very amicably.
