Glorious, nature and riverside location. This is as good a location as anywhere in Hue. Extensive menu and excellent standard of cooking. On the whole the staff were excellent, especially Linh on reception.

Staff running breakfast/dining room clueless. Despite being only ones dining that night (always ‘booked’ table. Never a table set, had to ask for fans, music, various obvious items when dining anywhere. Lovely smiley people, but definitely basics like that should not be happening. Breakfast was equally a ‘surprise’.

I love the place and the staff. The location by river is great. However I think the facilities in the room shoud be updated and old things should be replaced. In my room the umbrella is so old and broken. Need more shelves in the bathroom Ah I love kayaking on Huong river

The breakfast was great and the pool was really good, the gardens were very well looked after.

The location made it hard to get in and out and not all the facilities were operational when we visited .

We really enjoyed our stay (2 families with kids 0, 6 & 7). The rooms are spacious with the patio and the bath is fabulous. The staff are lovely and while the place could do with a spruce up as it’s all a bit run down (plus the spa and pool bar are not in operation anymore) but the grounds are well cared for and it’s so nice looking out to the river from bed. The location is out of town which we liked as the drive in and out of town is fun. the resort is down a great long street with heaps of local food and schools but it did get tricky getting taxis to and fro and added about 100,000VND to each trip.

We got a heavily reduced rate so we felt even with a the little things it was good value. the breakfast buffet was good but the restaurant should otherwise be avoided. really over priced and very average food!

Like in other comments, the pool and the quite area from the hotel and the beautifull gardens with view to the river.

The staff is very attentive BUT the englisch interaction is very poor. It is very difficult to communicate It could be a good Hotel, or maybe for Vietnamese people withoth language issues okay. First breakfast very nice as a Buffet (on sunday) with few other Viernamese guests. The two days after we were complete alone in the hughe breakfast restaurant. The hotel is completely outside from the city center, it can be a advantage if you are looking for a quite place like us, but if the weather is bad (unfortunately during our stay it was only rainy and cold weather, is of course not the hotels fault). Boat offer to the city was not possible, we couldn't communicate with the staff and couldn't understand why not because of the very poor englisch speaking from them.

Big, clean rooms and lovely en-suite bathrooms. Nice pool but didn’t try it as it was cold and raining on our visit.

Zero buzz, no one in the restaurant at night, very basic menu. Property is quite far from anything. Spa didn’t seem to exist. No idea why it’s priced so high.
