The property is truest a 5star spa resort. The location is remote and quiet as no cars within the area. There are just cycles, electric golf carts and a few staff mopeds. It is a stunning place and the rooms are absolutely stunning with huge soft luxurious beds, the showers, baths etc are superb. The spa is excellent value and staff very good at what they do. The restaurant is nice and food excellent The breakfasts are excellent and everything that you could want. The staff are excellent

The steps at the restaurant need attention as very slippery when wet , sadly my wife slipped and fell and broke her ankle but the staff were amazing and helped in every way. Christy was exceptional and made sure we got to the hospital with an interpreter There is no separate bar where you can sit and chat, play cards etc. this would be easy to set up and Europeans really like a bar to drink at

No activities in the kids club, food should improve (was better in pelgrimage village) and we had to have breakfast in the rainbow restaurant in where it was too hot. We had to use the Rainbow restaurant because there was a large group in the regular restaurant. Be aware that the certificate of your pelgrimage village website is revoked (please update it to prevent your clients for getting hacked)

My wife and I came to stay at Vedana Lagoon Resort & Spa for our honeymoon and it was one of the most magical experiences of our life! From start to finish we were blown away by the incredible beauty of the resort and surrounding landscape. We stayed in the water villa and it was simply stunning. All of the food we had during our stay was delicious, unique and cooked to a very high standard. The spa treatments were the most blissful and relaxing we've ever had! The absolute highlight of our stay here though were the amazing staff who work at the resort. They are some of the kindest people we've ever met and took great joy in helping us in any way they can. A very special shout-out has to be given to Phuong Anh and Hang Mai who showed so much attention to detail towards every aspect of our stay. Their constant communication and guidance ensured that we were able to get the absolute most out of our trip. We cannot recommend staying here enough. It is like living in a little slice of heaven and you will leave having had a totally unforgettable experience.

This is the perfect spot for a relaxing spa vacation with a bit of sightseeing thrown in. In easy distance of Hue, Hoi An and Danang and Bach Ma national park you can easily pop out for a day or half day trip and still be back for a late afternoon massage at the fabulous spa. Don't forget to visit the in house bird sanctuary where stunning local birds and exotic parrots from across the globe are part of a breeding program. The food is fantastic and the facilities second to none. The very best part of the resort is the wonderful friendly and caring staff who look after you superbly and have amazing attention to detail.

The entire resort is stunning and the water view villa with private pool was absolutely gorgeous. The villa itself was spacious, beautiful and generally lovely. The private pool was cute and more than enough for 2 people. There were also two sun loungers on the deck. The bed is huge and so is the bathroom with his & hers sinks. The shower and toilet are in an ‘outside area’ so very pretty and aesthetically pleasing but just beware of bugs (we didn’t really have any issues). The resort itself has 3 communal pools (1 heated) which is more than enough to service everyone. There are plenty of facilities that we were unaware of before we arrived and in hindsight we may have allowed more time had we known - gym, tennis, badminton, ping pong, complimentary yoga and tai chi every morning, spa facilities. The food we had was delicious - both dinner and breakfast. In fact the dinner was some of the best food I’ve had in months!! All the staff were so lovely and attentive and we had a lovely time. The à la carte menu at the resort's restaurant presented a vast selection of flavorful dishes, providing a high-quality dining experience. While limited dining options existed outside the resort, a slightly more competitive pricing structure for on-site dining could be considered. One minor suggestion for improvement would be the exploration of stronger coffee bean options or alternative brewing methods at breakfast (We are in Vietnam!)

we went in low season so we couldn't use the magnificent pool. One person , Cam made our stay perfect and even showed us around , she was efficient caring and found everything we needed like a really good local restaurant. the breakfast was very very good with a lot of choice even sushi! their in house electric cars are a lot if fun to use with their own drivers.

the weather so nothing to do with the hotel. Charging to see the parrots was a bit strange when you are staying in such a high end place. the bicycles they lend you o get around are a bit outdated. the indoor pool in my opinion needs some changing rooms.

- First of all, the staff was exceptionally amazing, from the concierge to the management and everyone in between, they were very friendly, professional and lovely, ESPECIALLY CAM. My wife lost her engagement ring in the room, then we informed cam about it, first they searched all over the room but when we still couldn't find it, we told them that we think it might be under the bed (which is drilled to the wall), she called upper management and they brought the carpenter to remove the bed... and she finally found our ring which made my wife sooo happy. - The food in their restaurant was so delicious and good, arguebly the best food we've had during our stays in different resorts/5 star hotels in Vietnam, amazing chef. The waitress was so lovely and cheerful too, always smiling which made us feel welcomed. - bathroom was very spacious, toilet and shower room had a very nice and naturistic design - they offered us a free ride to and from Hue Imperial palace

The facility was clean and first class amenities. We stay in the Water Pool Villa and it was Heaven. What made this property even more special was the staff. Cam took good care of us, Troan the superviser chief made sure our food was delicious and hot. Staff agent her name means Forever Young was outstanding. If you work hard in life and you want to treat yourself book this resort. The staff became like family making sure all our needs were taken care of. I can’t wait to come back. Miss them all ready.

The staff was so friendly, very communicative, and so accommodating to allow us early check in and late check out, which was incredibly helpful for us. The service around the whole resort was impeccable and the highest I’ve seen in Vietnam! The weather was rainy for most of our trip, but hanging out in our gorgeous lagoon villa was the most relaxing way to spend the time. Bicycles and carts make transport easy around the area. We didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor facilities but they looked great for better weather. The spa was also a very good service that we used once and enjoyed it. Likewise, the shuttle service was excellent to visit the ancient city of Hue for the day. The restaurant was good and not too expensive, and the breakfast buffet is a great spread of cuisines and options.
