The receptionists are extremely helpful to all my inquiries right from the get-go. Nice size swimming pool that's very clean. There are many local waterhole nearby but the place is very peaceful and quiet without much of motorbike zoom by. Thanks to Ms. Nhuan (hope I spell her name correctly), one of the reception lady, that helped me book a bus to my next destination smoothly. Last time I used vexere, they left me stranded at some pre-determined "pick-up" point; I have not use them since.

Even lower rental fee!?!?!? If that's possible. It's not the hotel fault for this... Around the hotel, it's nice, clean and virtually trash free, but a block or two away, there seems to be trash littered thru out.

Free bike hire, decent low cost breakfast (20-35k) if you don’t get the breakfast included rooms, free water refills from a big water container saving on small plastic bottles which was a massive bonus for me. Incredible large pool which is about 15m length so great for swimming laps. It’s a bit out of the city but only a 10 minute bike/grab ride in and I had some of the most fun on my trip biking in and exploring the roads. The staff are so lovely and speak English well, they made me feel welcome!

There were a few mosquitos in the room and no bug spray (just a swapper) so I’d suggest bringing insect repellent. Also the basic room has a frosted glass in the door so light comes through but I wore an eye mask and it was fine.

The hostel was well situated on the riverside, and a 10 minutes walk to the centre. The pool looked clean but I didn't use it as it was too cold when I was there. The receptionists were always nice and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and not squeaky at all, and large lockers were available. I had a very peaceful stay there. However, they didn't clean the trashcan in the bathroom once for the 3 nights I was there. Also, on my last day, I saw a mouse on the kitchen table/shelf, but I didn't eat there anyway.

We had a lovely stay in the Orchid Riverside Villa. The people staff are truly exceptional. We had some issues with the transport we booked and they helped us out by communicating and translating and trying to find a solution. The hotel is really good value for money. It’s located 4 minutes by scooter to the city center. Would definitely recommend!

As with most Vietnamese hotels the pictures look better than the real thing, but the rooms were very spacious and clean.

The rooms were big and comfortable. The beds were not the softest, but we still had good night sleeps. Breakfast didn't have a big range, but what is served is very tasty. The pool was great. Even though it was very hot when we visited, the pool was a big relief to help cool down. The pool is kept very clean. Water pressure was very good, and the air-conditioning system worked very well. You can use hotel bikes for free or hire motorcycles from the hotel at a very reasonable price. Laundry can be arranged, and is a good price, and done very fast. The rooms and hotel are in very good maintenance. The staff both reception and cleaning were very helpful and friendly.

No elevators.

Great value for money. Simple, no frills but has everything needed for budget conscious travelers. Great staff, relaxed, surprisingly good food from a simple kitchen.

Without a motorbike it's not very convenient to get to the city center, although the hotel did provide several bikes for free use. About 15 to 20 minutes bike ride to the citadel area. Area across from hotel a bit neglected, but not really the hotels fault.

A neat and clean hotel, pleasantly located away from the city center. Since we rented bikes, the distance wasn’t an issue—it actually made for a peaceful stay! Great option if you prefer quiet surroundings and have easy transport

The breakfast system is a bit unusual: you order the night before, choosing one drink and one main course. It works, but don’t expect spontaneity in the morning! И

Nice big pool area, directly at the riverside, and a great balcony! The ladies at the reception were very friendly. :)

There were a lot of moths in the room. And we had a little incident in the night. Because we came back after eleven and the gate and doors were closed. No one told us that they were doing that. So we called the receptionist, because no one was answering our knocking either. Luckily, she woke up after a while and told us that there was a bell to ring to wake the security guard. Nice idea. If the security would actually wake up, but they didn't. Instead, people staying on the 1st floor woke up and could wake the guards. We got a refund for that, because we had to wait in total for almost an hour and really thought, we maybe have to stay somewhere else this night. But except that, the hotel was fine.

Breackaft available, you can book a variety of tours to discover the area, the City, motorbike rental, bicycles can be used for free, no lift. You can book a room and dormitory for backpackres, rooms clean and spacious. Pool clean and cosy. Greg the french manager, was of great help with tips and information and the staff was very nice, kind and helpfull, speak english. You are in a Vetnamese neighborhood.

The distance from the center may be a problem

Nice hotel with good wimming pool.. friendly staff and you can rent motorbikes and eat there.. be aware its not a luxurious hotel but found it excellent value for money.. no complaints Just be aware.. staff has limited English but are very friendly.. the receptionist is also friendly and has good English The location is good but I would not like to walk at night from the city center.. you probably want to get a motorbike or use Grab to move around.. I personally prefer the bike option
