Very friendly staff - especially Tran Thi Hanh. Lovely view from a large window over the river. Kettle, fridge, safe, hot water, TV all in work and fully working. A/C not great, but sort of working. Central Location Scooter Hire was great as option of 1/2 day at 75K VD or full day at 150K VD

Breakfast was at another hotel (Vina Central) their sister hotel, but they gave me a lift there on a scooter. However on arrival the breakfast buffet was missing so much, no plates, no napkins, the butter and the fruit plates were empty, and staff standing there but not realising, however after I asked they did replenish all these items. I saw 2 different staff members working at the breakfast buffet simply walk over to the buffet, picking up water melon pieces with their fingers (not tongs) and then eating it whilst walking around. Not something that Western Standards would approve of.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities. The WiFi provided by the hotel is of good quality, ensuring reliable internet access for guests throughout their stay. Guests can enjoy a pleasant view from the window, adding to the overall ambiance and enjoyment of the accommodation.

Unfortunately, the breakfast experience is marred by the staff's lack of attentiveness and efficiency. Despite the quality of the food, the service is notably lacking, with staff appearing lethargic and unresponsive to guests' needs.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The studio room I booked is very spacious and it’s a great deal. Breakfast is included too.

However, some lights do not work in the room and the staff was unable to fix them. In general, the hotel is old but with the price I can’t complain much. The massage was okay. I want to highlight that they have masseuses come over for massage sessions - they request tips even though they were not very professional - mine was on her phone the whole time during the massage.

The hotel is well located.

It is not exactly at the address indicated by booking.com, but in an alley next to the street indicated. The staff are a little disorganized and have difficulty speaking English. I arrived early and as it wasn't at check-in time, I left my luggage, checked in with my passport, paid and left. When I came back, they insisted that I tell them the room number (which they hadn't told me) and that I show my passport, which they had already taken a copy of. I paid at the hotel for a bus to Hoi An at 8am and at night they called me saying there was no space. In the end they put me on a tour that instead of taking 3 hours, took 7 hours to get to Hoi An. It ended up being interesting, but I wish I had been warned. The credit card machine does not support all cards. I ended up having to pay in cash.

Staff friendly! Room very large - studio with living (couch & chair & table) area. Separate bedroom area - bathroom has tub/shower - filtered water provided. Windows in both living and bedroom areas

One item we did.not enjoy was the breakfast. Facebook shows a menu with "buffet" choices. In fact, not all items are available each day. A choice of 3 or 4 items may be available however of low quality, the coffee is horrible ( we love Vietnamese coffee den) we tried twice and the third day went to a restaurant with delicious food.

We stayed here 4 nights. We were amazed at the size of the room, especially considering the lowprice. In fact we would describe it as a "suite" with a separate couch and chair area as a different room from the bedroom.  Staff were very kind, fluent in English and both ladies helped us a lot with our enquiries about the area. Rental motorcycle was arranged by the hotel and was in good condition. "No deposit needed as you have paid for your room already." We booked there 4 nights and extended 2 more nights. Breakfast was simple well prepared, quite tasty and over the days we were offered different choices.

TV was not working which did not bother us with such a comfortable place to read and chat. The toilet seat and flush handle needed to be a learning experience to work correctly, but we are smart and figured it out by the second day. WiFi was cut off sometime which was not a problem for us as we have bought vnsky SIM card.

Hotel is conveniently located close to touristic attractions and restaurants, and in a very quiet alley off the main road. Staff is really wonderful, working hard to make our stay the best possible. The hotel rents motorbikes at a competitive price.

Price was on the high end, but probably because we visited during a holiday week-end

The family staff was so helpful and nice. Jerry was such a lovely boy, he will try to learn some words in your langage before you come and is always happy to give a hand. And her sister, very friendly too helped us to call the hospital in Hanoi. Their mum is also always smilly and here to help too. We had a great time in this well located hotel, in a small street apart from the noise and the rooms have big windows. Nice walk to the citadel along the river, in peaceful parks.

Down a lane so the street noise levels were lower. We got a family room so we could spread out otherwise the room would have been a bit small. Lovely staff who were very helpful. The location meant you could easily walk to all the city area

A few little things didn’t work like the safe didn’t open and there was no hot water. But it was eventually fixed.

The hotel is located in the centre near by with the pedestrian streets and lots of places to try local foods. The staffs are very friendly and supportive. The room is nice, clean.

One of the air-conditioner is not working well and a guy serving in the breakfast floor is kinda not really nice that I see the difference when he serves the foreigner and Vietnamese.
