The hotel is conveniently located in the old town in an alleyway overlooking the river. The room is quiet and clean, exceptionally pleasant staff. Good price-quality combination. The breakfast is modest, but it also costs very little.

They gave me a different room than what I ordered. It was cheaper, smaller and with a worse view. If the size of the room was enough for me, about 22 square meters instead of the required 27, I was disappointed with the view from the room. I specifically booked a slightly more expensive room with a good view of the river, as the view from the window is an important component of comfort for me.

The staff was really wonderful. The hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Ni, the hotel manager, and her staff, through their local connections, helped us secure a bus ride to Danang on a very short notice. We also tried to get our motorbikes transported to Danang ourselves on the same day with no success. After making a lot of calls around, Ni was able to get the bikes shipped on the same day as well. 👍 Thumbs up to their efforts and assistance. Thank you, Ni and your staff!!! Overally, the facilities and the staff were superb. My room was very nice and clean and comfortable. Especially when the price of the room was taken into consideration, they probably got the best value vs price in the whole city. I have stayed there many times in the past, and will continue to call this place my home in the future whenever I visit Hue. I, of course, highly recommend Vina Hue hotel to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Hue.

The staff was friendly and happy to help with anything. I really enjoyed the spa. The room was spacious with good amount of tables, chairs, and counter space. I liked the hotels location. It had a good selection of channels on the tv for me and my 12 year old son. We both enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast wasn’t my favorite, but the location is nice so you can easily go to a number of close places instead.

I do not really remember how many times I’ve stayed here (more than 10, as far as I recall). However, it never lets me down a single time. The staff are super supportive and friendly. The location is convenient to move around. The room is clean and tidy. The price is appropriate. All in all, a must stay hotel if you have an opportunity to visit Hue!

Amazing hotel! Really good value for money. I love the staff - they are very kind, friendly and enthusiastic. I wanted to stay for a longer time here, and will return on any future visits to Hue. The room was excellent! Very clean, spacious and well-maintained. The spa (at the time offering a discount) on the 2nd floor was great too - I had a really relaxing massage. I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

We had a nice stay. It’s in an old building but the room looked renovated and was actually better than expected. Housekeeping cleaned the room while we were away. You can do laundry, organize tours, travel and (motor)bike rental - we did laundry and rented a bike and service was correct Location is nice, in close proximity of the walking street

The eggs for breakfast are not very tasty - would not recommend (also only served until 9am)

Amazing staff who helped us so much when we encoutered problems with our train booking. Great location as well - quiet but in the middle of everything and great view on the river.

The cushions are a bit rough, hence my first night was not so comfy. I had to make my own cushion out of cloths, but then it works just fine.

The staffs were soo kind. They helped me with everything. My wait time for checking in was expedited and when i asked to move to a different room from the one in my reservation, they agreed to my request!! Best stay in hue, and very cheap price

Spacious rooms, the higher in the hotel the better the rooms. Hotel very close to many restaurants bars and coffee shops but still very quiet.

Minor repairs for house keeping. But only minor. No air con in reception or breakfast room though fans helped.
