Karaoke nights next door were quite loud but that is just Vietnam🙂 The only thing I found weird was the window. When booking the room, the windows show like proper windows on the photos, but in reality they face the corridor where all the guests and cleaners are constantly passing by, so you need to have the curtains closed at all times hence one can say the rooms have basically no windows. But it is not abig deal just that the images of rooms are misleading

This is surely one of the best value hotels in Vietnam. Everything was very good - staff, big room, lovely big opening windows that overlook trees and the small alley (recommend rooms 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1) great position close to many local restaurants and also the busy tourist area. Motor bike rental and tourism services provided without any fuss. Good wifi. And a special thanks to the lovely Miss Thao at reception who helped us when we had a small problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was big and the location was great - close to good restaurants and an easy walk to different parts of Hue.

Our apartment could’ve been improved by lamps in the bedroom and more power sockets in the kitchen/living area, but the staff were very helpful when we told them that this was an issue.

Personally, I am very satisfied to have short-term vacation at Valentino Homestay. They provide excellent service and very friendly. Every thing from the cleanliness of the hotel, the design, the decor is the first impression. Its really really wonderful place for me. I will definitely be back if I visit Vietnam in the near futher. Highly recommend to everyone.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful, offering any advice on things to do in Hue and to help in any way. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice hot shower and in a great location about 5 minutes from walking street/ the busy bars and restaurants. We actually left some items in the lobby on day of checkout and they sent a message about this and offered to send it to our next hotel. Couldn't ask for better staff!

In the apartment type room we were missing a few minor things in the kitchen area but it didn't majorly effect us.

We had a great stay in this hotel, the room is well equipped and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. It is perfectly located on the vibrant night life area of Hue. We highly recommend the hotel to everyone on vacations in this city.

Excellent value for money; great location and fantastic staff.

Only 1 tiny thing that didn’t spoil my stay at all, but the soundproofing between floors was poor; I could hear footsteps above, was really quiet apart from that.

Nice big airy room. A/C and fan. Comfortable bed. Bar fridge and electric jug. Great location.

Bathroom flooded. Shower leaky. Taps loose. Nothing too bad. But the tiles in the bathroom were extremely slippery when wet.

The drainage hole in the bathroom is not very well designed, far from the shower area and located near the toilet, every time the whole room is flooded with water, because the toilet and sink are not separated, so the drainage making me feel uncomfortable because the bathroom is not dry, the floor is always wet and takes a long time to dry
