The hotel itself was pretty modest and a little tired on the eye, however, the staff were excellent and they present a hotel package that is about as good as it can be considering the limitations of the building itself and the rooms. The hotel is clean and neat. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and unexpected, with a superb panoramic view of Hue from the dining room on the top floor. Great value for money!

There isn’t a pool and look of the hotel is pretty old school, but not in a charming way.

One of the better hotel breakfast buffets we experienced in Vietnam, which I do recommend. They serve Bun Bo Hue at breakfast made-to-order, which was pretty cool. The dining area was on the top floor, so we morning views and sunshine were very welcomed. Very clean and felt upscale. Hotel location is very close to many central areas and within a 5 min drive to the nightlife around Hue. Staff is nice and knowledgeable about the area and can help book some tourist activities around historic Hue. We opted to do this and it was a great time. Rooms were nice and clean. Always appreciate a nice AC unit with a super cool function. Hue was definitely very hot when we visited. We were a party of 8 adults traveling together staying in 3 family rooms. A couple of us enjoyed the in-house massage and complimented the staff for being professional and friendly.

It wasn't a problem in the end, but having the shower window with no screen door always makes me on the lookout for bugs and critters that may get in. We kept it close overnight when we didn't use the shower. Family rooms were a little smaller in person than what we imaged from looking at the photos, but it was fine overall.

Very helpful reception staff. Provided us with information about train times and bookings. Porters helped us with our luggage. Water cooler in reception to fill our bottles. Nice comfortable rooms. Exceptional breakfast, one of the best, great views over the city while having breakfast on top floor.

My stay at Baly Hotel was exceptional. Staff were extremely friendly and always available, from check-in to check-out, every interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. Room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had so many Hue options. Perfect central location, close by great restaurants, coffee shops, bars within walking distance.

Fantastic and cosy hotel which is in the city where you can go and explore many favorite sightseeing places. Friendly staff from reception to FB staff even I couldn’t understand them 100% as Hue accent. The manager at front desk Ms Phu ( if I remember her name correctly) she is very nice and helpful with hospitality mindset, she even helped me to make a whole city tour itinerary in order to fully experience Hue “Thương “.

Not much, it was one of the best hotels in Vietmam that we used. Maybe temperature of water in bathroom was too hot and faucets could be fixed or changed for better ones. Little thing....

Our group with four families from Australia to travel to Hue and we all really enjoyed to stay in Baly hotel. There are many clothe shops and restaurants around that hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We wish to come back there one day. Highly recommended.

The staff at the restaurant are very good. I see some people come to the restaurant at 9:00 a.m. (closure time) but the staff is willing to serve them (fill in some dishes). The breakfast was delicious with local dishes. The cha was topping at ‘’Bun Bo Hue’’ dish that was very nice.’ It’s tender and flavorful

The staff are EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and pleasant. Always ready to help with anything. The hotel is maintained very well and staff have very good training. I have stayed at this hotel 1 year before and now, a second time and the standards of cleanliness are still VERY GOOD 😁😁👍👍 The location is good for visiting historical sites abd kings palaces. The walking street is notctoo far from the hotel, where you can find modern pubs and european food (Italian, Spanish and USA) Beautiful old Hue style Tea Houses are also not too far away from the hotel, but you will need either a motorcycle or Grab Car to get there.

On the last day, the WIFI on the 5th floor did not work. But overall, the hotel is Excellent !!! I will DEFINITELY book this hotel again, If I come to Hue 😁😁😁😁👍👍👍

Clean rooms, good breakfast. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is good value for money. Location wise, some things are 20 minutes away from on foot, and other attractions are closer.
