Loved the contemporary design with interesting artifacts throughout the hotel & grounds. Fabulous staff, especially Joy who was so helpful arranging our local trips out & particularly a special birthday celebration with fabulous local musician & dancers. Great food, delicious dinners & extensive buffet breakfast. We stayed during preparations for the Tet, New Year & loved the arrangements made by staff to include us in putting up decorations

We personally liked the location slightly out of town being in tranquil surroundings. Taxis were readily available, organised by the helpful staff & inexpensive.

The setting was green, quiet and very beautifully landscaped. The room was huge and so thoughtfully appointed. I truly appreciated the small touches, particularly housekeeping leaving me a book to read with a gorgeous peacock feather bookmark. Joy was so attentive and sent me to a very local place to try clam rice which was delicious. I very much enjoyed the complimentary coffee making class with Qouc who really showed passion for sharing his love of Vietnamese coffee. An unforgetable stay, can't wait to come back. And the breakfast was stunning. Thank you to all the team at aNhill.

I loved everything about this hotel.

Property set in a quiet location, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Great to set base and then explore Hue and surroundings. Great breakfast and restaurant menu offers an elevated Vietnamese cuisine.

The pictures online show one specific room layout, however the same room category has multiple layouts. This caused a bit of disappointment upon arrival, but this was promptly solved by the staff by changing our room the following day to the layout of our liking. Spa onsite is convenient, but overpriced, especially for the services offered. Some of the treatments offered are better availed of outside the property at a much better price and quality (e.g. foot massage). The restaurant is a nice change as it offers raffinate cuisine, but prices are a bit high.

This is certainly In the top five of the hotels I ever visited in my life, and I travel quite a bit. The rooms and the public spaces are so carefully decorated that you feel like being in a museum of contemporary art but the comfort is always maximum. The staff was very careful and attentive. Breakfast was glorious.

It is a bit out of the city but with a Grab or taxi it is easy to arrive and the beauty of the structure is definitely worth the ride. There was a shower and a bathing tube. The latter was in the bedroom, so maybe not OK for everyone.

The architectural style room with large balcony was beautiful with a real wow factor. The staff were delightful and incredibly, all knew exactly who you were by name. The resort has a tranquil ambience and in gorgeous, landscaped gardens. Breakfast was good and the restaurant offered an excellent traditional Vietnamese menu.

There was one lovely pool, with wonderful views over the landscaped gardens, however, it could have been better supervised. Children of guests were allowed to run free, jumping in the pool, moving furniture etc. to the detriment of the enjoyment of other guests. This happened repeatedly to the extent that I had to leave the pool.

Exceptional stay. The staff were lovely especially with our kids. The design is excellent, very tasteful. The bath tub especially with the encense and the bath salt. I’m glad we weren’t in the center of Hue as it gave us a real sense of peace and relaxation even though we were traveling with a 4 year old and a baby. The pool is amazing. The pond with the Koi was a hit with our kid.

The hotel itself is very charming and with a lot of character . It is very peaceful, it feels like a very relaxing and zen location. I specially liked the rooms and the beautiful gardens . Breakfast was also very good. The staff was amazing , very accommodating. We were staying in one of the villas and were disturbed by the noise of chanting frogs from the pond nearby . It was so loud , that it kept us awake at night , so they immediately changed us to another room

I liked everything

We loved everything about the hotel. The breakfasts were great, the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. There was always a little home baked treat with the turn down service each evening. There is a lot of attention to detail at this hotel. The restaurant at the hotel offers quality food if you don’t want to venture too far. The spa here is excellent. The hotel is situated in beautiful gardens and is a pleasure to return to after a days outing. Our bed was extremely comfortable which is important when you are travelling. A very enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again if we visit Hue.

An oasis of calm after a busy day sight seeing in Hue. Property very tastefully decorated, polished concrete floors, white linen curtains, comfy four poster beds with great pillows and duvet. Children loved the huge pond with Koi and the three peacocks wandering free around the ground. Staff could not have been more helpful or charming, always promptly replying on WhatsApp to book restaurants and taxis etc.

Think the menu needs to be revised. It’s extensive but we all struggled to find something we wanted to eat on night two. Maybe focus back on more local foods - like simple chicken or prawns with noodles or rice, pomelo salads etc. Pizza was not very good. Music at supper could also be a bit more chilled. All minor things though. Would highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms and service were great. Everytime we re-entered the room it had been tidied up and they added nice little touches like leaving cookies or a book to read. My kids loved the golf cart taking us up and down the driveway and seeing the peacocks

It was a bit quiet around the restaurant, but that might have been down to the weather not being so nice during our stay.
