The hotel was perfect, you have free coffees at a superfancy lounge, the service is amazing, the workers so nice, the rooms modern, beautiful and everything very clean.

Warning Taxi drivers airport SCAMMERS!! I want to warn everybody about the taxi driver scammers, as the Hotel is so near to the airport, the taxi driver complained and said he had been waiting for 4 hours, so when we arrived, he forced us to pay him 20 EUROS FOR A 3 MINUTES TRIP. We were so exhausted, hungry and cold after such a long flight that we didn't think clearly. You must: ask the taxi driver to put the meter on, since the beginning of the ride; ask the taxi driver for his ID/badge number; ask the taxi driver for a recepit; make a pic of the plate number of the taxi. At the hotel, they told us that the taxi drivers do this very often to their clients, so PLEASE DON'T LET TAXI DRIVER SCAMMERS STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Absolutely everything! Location: It's a short distance walking from the airport. 3 minutes away, there is a big supermarket ALDI. Close to the airport train station, walking distance to the tram. Very quiet area. Rooms: super comfortable beds. Good size (bigger than you can usually get from Ibis). It's impeccably clean. Great bathroom. Lobby: There are plenty of comfortable seating places, free tee, and coffee. Big thanks to the receptionist lady Giorgina. She was really attentive and helpful. Happily will recommend that hotel to my friends.

The staff. It was late at night when I arrived and the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. I was tired and had an early flight to catch. Check in was a breeze and he offered the available drinks near the lobby( water, coffee, tea). He informed me and the other guests about the transportation available if we need one and around how much it would cost to the airport. It is possible to walk, which I did, but not again since it would still be dark when I head out. Area is well lit and surrounded by other hotels and offices. The room is clean, bathroom too. Airport is close by. Would definitely recommend.

One of the receptionists standing at the check-in desk behaved very rude and disrespectful. He asked me a question and because he was speaking with a low voice and at that time I had a severe migraine I thought he was speaking in German after which I asked could you please ask me in English. After which he turned to the other receptionist and said "Was I asking in the Arabic language". Instead of behaving professionally and clarifying the matter with me directly he was talking about me to the other person right in front of my eyes. That was very disappointing!!!

When you are looking for a small but fresh & modern place, near the airport (without any noise), this is your place, for a very good price. For us, a team visiting the city for work, and if you would be flying the next day early, it is just perfect.

There is not very much free parkingspace; the free places in front of the hotel and on the (wide and not busy) streets are limited. The Ibis has an underground parking too, for 20 euros a night.

All was good, just few comments: Rroom very basic and small, but essential. No AC points in the room other than near the bed (and in a position where the charger of notebook could not be inserted due to tight space from fixed furniture). Breakfast OK for salt dishes but very poor about sweet meals. In any case 16 euro for breakfast is too expensive

You get what you pay. My purpose was sleeping over night to catch the flight early in the morning. The place is not far away from the airport (around 15-20 minutes walk to the sky train stop, and around 30 minutes to Dusseldorf airport). The reception staff are helpful. There is an Aldi store next to the hotel.

Just enough for quick overnight stay before flying out of Dusseldorf Airport. Comfy beds, clean room, good size bathroom, free toiletries, good quality breakfast

My room was overlooking office building in a very close proximity, and there were just black-out courtains, I'd recommend some additional courtains or blinds, so you don't need to darken the room in the middle of the day in order to get changed.

We saw positive feedback for the breakfast but it still exceeded our expectations and was something to look forward to every day. Extended breakfast time during the weekend was perfect, we could easily make it a brunch which came very handy due to our schedule. The staff at the reception counter also had change for bills no one else seemed happy to accept, it was very helpful. Check-out till 12PM was also great.

Since there was another hotel right next to our side of the building, I missed transparent curtains to keep more privacy. We either could have the window fully shaded during the day, or make our room a display for others, nothing in between.

When I found the Hotel, it was both welcome and welcoming. The staff went out of their way - especially Luis D. S. ! - to explain things and to help with further travel. The room was clean and simple, as was the entire Hotel. Food is served across the yard at the nearby Novotel and this also was excellent and well served.

One small but important point - perhaps a sign in the Airport to this hotel's direction would be a good help, as also would be an indication at the Airport about which level to start from. I walked on foot and found getting to the Hotel difficult, as the area around the airport is made for vehicles only. Hint :- Get the Sky Train to the Airport Rail Station and walk from there; much less of a walk!
