The property itself is gorgeous - huge territory, modern facilities, decent aquapark for kids, great choice of restaurants, excellent food variety and food quality, good a la carte restaurants, friendly staff and absolutely stunning main pool, probably the biggest I've ever seen. The room and the balcony are absolutely amazing. The Michael Jackson show was pretty cool too.

The property is huge so navigation may be an issue. Although the room is very spacious, be aware that there is no full door between the toilet and the room, i.e.no sound/odor proofing. Staff is mostly between pretty good and excellent for customers with no Spanish, but the Valley restaurant staff - do yourself a favor and skip it, tried two times, regretted both times because of the stuff. Also don't plan to spend too much time in the sea - it is a very narrow line between the seaweed and numerous boats, although the beach itself is very nice. And the last piece is what you'll start with - the check-in. Given that the hotel is huge, check-in takes ages, be prepared to spend at least an hour (maybe more) if you arrive at 3pm.

Everything was awesome. Lots of different kind of swimming pools with entertainment at the big one. Bars,shopping, restaurants, beautiful beach... and the staff is absolutely lovely! I would strongly suggest,If you want to dine at a particular restaurant, to check in your hotel room in advance so you can book your dinner and then enjoy French cuisine, Mexican, Italian, Japanese... you can do so up to 7 days prior to your stay cause all restaurants need to be reserved except the buffet who has a family and an adult only sitting area. Wonderful! Really loved our stay! Thank you!

When you put your phone on airplane mode while traveling, there's no internet service on the beach... but it's not a priority when you're enjoying the sun and the ocean!

The facilities here are amazing, including the beach, the rooms, and the spa. However, I felt that the place lacked a certain warmth or soul. We chose this hotel because it was advertised as family-friendly, but the kids' club was empty every day and there were not many activities for children. Additionally, while we did encounter some wonderful and kind staff members, it seemed like some employees were not motivated to be there. Overall, the service and atmosphere could use improvement.

Enough activities for children ns adults, more than enough choices for food, which was very good

At checkout the security guard mandated to check our luggage for stolen goods without any reason, whatsoever, which we found a very unpleasant goodbye after the good experience we had. I felt like criminal, and this after having spend thousand of dollars at the ressort. I cannot imagine that there is a protocol to randomly do this check ressort. After we filed a complain they did apologize, but the damage was already done. Because of this negative experience I will not vodit Lopesan again. Treat your guests as kings/queens and not as criminals

Hotel is big & beautiful, with a lot of restaurant options, bars & entertainment, great selection of food and multiple pools to choose from.

Some of the staff were not very helpful or polite by the pool area, which is a shame because checkin and restaurant staff are really nice but service by the pool was rude at times, could be because they were not enough of them. Also cleaners wouldn’t get to our room sometimes until 4pm and wouldn’t put in new towels despite taking used ones.

Garden was the best, beautiful! Clean, cozy, calm, quiet. Room and balcony was perfect.

Sometimes main buffet was chaotic, the most of the time we couldn't found shrimps or sea food... no much varieties of fishes.

when I wanted to stay longer.they didn’t have my time of room.and wanted to charge me almost double for stupid Adult only section in the hotel.it’s another way to make more money.but not with me.I usually staying over3 weeks.yes 3weeks plus more .they shud have something special for ppl like myself!thats it
