The room was a good size, we were in La Défense for the Olympics and therefore the location was excellent. The staff were very helpful particularly the lady who was on duty for breakfasts during the week. We were able to charge our mobile devices when out of the room. To us this was important. In many hotels one is required to put the room key in a slot to enable the lights and the power sockets, in the Pullman the power sockets were active without the room key.

The restaurant menu was limited and we therefore only ate in the restaurant once. The service in the bar in the evening was inconsistent. Some evenings it was excellent and on other evenings the staff were absent for long periods of time. It appeared there were insufficient levels of staffing. The room rate was inflated for the Olympics and we did not feel it was good value given the levels of availability in Paris.

Property is great, well connected to Paris via the accessibility to rail transportation, the mall etc. The facilities are also pretty good in general.

Some of the staff were not really tuned to customer service. Especially the gentleman in charge of the restaurant. There did not appear to be any attempt to understand the customer needs at all. It was his construct and his alone that mattered and if something did not align with that it could not be done. For instance, trying to order room service and getting to the restaurant and asking for assistance was met with please call this number. No offer to check on why one was at the restaurant asking about room service or he would have realized that there was no facility to access room service from within the room. Also had a not so great experience with the individual when asking to be served drinks at night.

The hotel staff are amazing, the location is great, and we like the hotel. Definitely stay again.

We were disappointed to learn Breakfast was omitted, the breakfast is pretty poor and limited in choice, we paid 108 euros per day. To a point, we ate breakfast out on our last day. The room was great, a great family room; the bathroom lacked the quality of the hotel; the shower was poor; the bathroom was cold; the toilet did not flush every time, and water leaked. We ate in the restaurant on a Monday evening; food was very poor; there were limited vegetarian options, the service was appalling and it was just not worth the money we paid to eat there. Bar seemed to run out of things; so you could not have the drink you wanted.

If you go to a large concert at La Defence Arena choosing this hotel is a good value to get to the venue and back to the hotel after the show is over.

The hotel is a bit "tired", but rooms are clean and reasonably well kept. Also note that entrance is at a lower level than train station and public transport, so if you are with massive bags you will have to take them down a couple flights of stairs.

Really nice location with Westfield Mall and Metro station walking distance from it. The hotel was quiet at night and away from the noise of the city. The mall provided lots of option for shopping and restaurants.

Paris Metro used to be a very safe transportation option when visiting the city, it has now been infested by pickpockets and thieves and the local government seems to just ignore it. I mean you see a lot of uniformed police with full battle gear but they seems to be where there is nothing happening. You know they know these people because the train operators will warn passengers when they see them but the government doesn’t seems to do anything about it.

Nice location near shopping center and metro station. Professional management and wonderful staff made our stay very easy and enjoyable. They solved the problems we had right away. We also thank the hotel for the nice touch by providing free sweets as an expression of the inconvenience that occurred. Our thanks go to the Director Alexia as well as Natalia and the rest of the staff at the front desk.

Breakfast needs a bit more combinations especially adding more bread and vegetables

The reception Employee (***** Natalia ***** ) was very very friendly and cooperation & very helpful and too much kind person , really was pleasure to meet her

Room was good but it's need to have exhaust air duct and need to have welcoming package ( such juice , chips, etc... at least for the first day in the hotel , also the light was very low need to increase light in the room .

I stay in Pullman hotel quite often due to its closeness from la defense Paris business district. Front desk staff was quite helpful. This room was clean, WiFi signal was OK. Overall a comfortable stay. Would recommend if you are a business traveller.

I think breakfast menu has room for improvement. Though current serving isn't half bad but could be a lot better with some more variety of food.

A very good hotel it was within our expectations with great service, amazing views plus the location is the best. Do appreciate the staffs service very kind and helpful with us especially Dev and Maria they were very kind. I would definitely recommend it and will go back there soon. Kind Regards.

Hotel's closeness to la defense Paris business district. This particular room was spacious but could do with a bit of TLC. Overall a a decent place to stay.

There is a room for improvement in breakfast menu. Possibly a bit more variety of food would make it a lot better. As I am stay in this hotel quite often so some rooms definitely need an upgrade in terms of carpets, furniture, and toilets.
