This was a last minute booking after some problems with an apartment near by, but man, am I glad we stayed here. For reference we stayed for 3 nights. From the staff, to the breakfast (with a Colombian twist), to the actual room, to all around the cleanliness of this place - everything was 10/10. The wifi was good where it supported multiple devices at once and Google speed test rated it as “Fast.” All around a very nice, safe Hilton. My wife and I only have great things to say about this place.

The customer service was excellent , the food at the restaurant there was very tasty , fresh. all my questions were answered and expectations met.

The pool i wish had been bigger

Excellent location, close to two great shopping malls and much more. Very nice facilities and staff.

Free parking, clean, great restaurants and front desk was helpful and spoke excellent English (which is a great help for me)

very loud. thin walls. conference room was being used Saturday morning at 7 am. very loud use of microphone. woke everyone up.

Very good breakfast with a variety of warm foods and tropic fruits. Kind staff, nice attendance in restaurant. An additional chair was brought soon when I asked for our small meeting in room.

The illumination of the room was a little bit dark. The room has a wall-desk good for a little work, but the depth and desk lamp were small. Very busy street in front (Calle 100). My room was on the second floor, annoyed by the street noises. The window could be of soundproof double glass.

The insulation for the windows was not successful because I could hear everything from outside the street. Car's. Bus. Ambulance.

It was extremely well kept and very clean.

Great property and the location was close to a lot of restaurants and plazas. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, I will return very soon.
