Beautiful hotel! Newly renovated and modernized. Our room was big and spacious and also had a jacuzzi tub, which sweetened the deal. bed was comfortable and the pool and hot tub were very nice as well.

Honestly, I really don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. I guess if I really had to pick apart something I would say the room lighting could have been a bit better. But realistically, it was pretty good. I just really like having that one large light that allows you to get packed up and not have to turn six different lights on to make sure it's adequate.

Good location, easy access to other locations around maple ridge. Awesome restaurant across the street!

Parking was tight at the end of the day, people Had to park in front of the building wherever they could squeeze them. Was a full house. The bathroom was very small and the bathroom Sink is located outside the bathroom.

We came for the Eras Tour in Vancouver and this hotel was far enough away to be a decent price but not so far it was a haul to get to the venue. The breakfast was very good and very nice to have to quickly grab some food before heading out for the day, and the room was a good size, clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

All the staff were wonderful and accommodating, especially the front night girl. She was so lovely and helpful. The rooms where nice and clean as well as the hallways and the pool area. You can tell the team has been working very hard on some renovations. Cute little breakfast offered till 9:30am and a nice little coffee area offered till 10 at night. Would 100% stay here again.

The only little tiny complaint would be the pool was pretty cold, but the hot tub was great!

Good value for the money, great location. Very quiet too!! Separate room for toilet. Comfortable beds!! Room size good for 3 adults. "Hot" continental breakfast was a surprise!!

Elderly person in the group stated the toilet was too low. It was hard to get off of. Nothing th hang onto.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent facilities, ie gym, pool, hot tub. Right on Lougheed Highway so you can get to pretty much anywhere in Maple Ridge within 15 minutes.

Wifi was a bit sketchy on our second day but wasn’t that big of a deal.

We had a pleasant stay. The pool was great!

It should be clearer how to proceed when traveling with a pet. We requested a pet-friendly room in advance but never got a reply, and when we got to the hotel were told no pet-friendly rooms were available. In the end, they managed to get us into a room, but for a moment, it seemed we would need to look for other options.

Staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and on the main floor, which is easier when you are traveling with a dog.

Because of the location, the parking lot is a bit small and tight. We were traveling with a car trailer attached to the truck and had to leave it with friends because we would not have fit without using multiple spots or blocking an aisle. Nothing can be done about this because of where the hotel is, but you asked.

Excellent location. I booked 3 rooms for family for the weekend. Staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was good

One of the 3 rooms hadn't been cleaned. Sheets were clean but the floor and bathroom were not. When I complained was told that since I booked thru a 3rd party they could do anything for compensation.
