Good comfortable room, Quiet, Great breakfast, Good parking. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

TV system offering Telus optik stuff at extra cost. Why not signup with one of the streaming providers and just allow customers to connect to their own netflix, amazon prime, crave, hbo or youtube? Nobody is interested in network TV anymore, except maybe sports. I realize you'll lose a small tiny stream of revenue by not doing the Telus optik thing, but people don't like pay-for-view nor "tv on demand"/rentals etc. That's why everyone does streaming these days. Come on, its 2024. You would gain huge customer loyalty with such an approach. This was the only tarnish on an otherwise excellent stay at your hotel.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and modern. I enjoyed the kitchenette in the room, making for an even more comfortable extended stay.

I was on a business trip, and needed to spend some time working in the room. The heater/air conditioner blew directly at the desk which made working with paper a bit tricky! Luckily I could relocate to a comfy couch in the room.

The property is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the folks who look after it are very conscientious of keeping it fully stocked and cleaning up. Also really liked that the fan could be left on always on as opposed to automatic only.

Our pet-friendly room was well-designed, was located next to a storage area on the ground floor so that a noisy pet would not disturb other guests. We enjoyed the bonus outside door which let us and our dog right out into the parking lot. Once outside the door we were only steps away from the grassy knoll planted with saplings where our dog could "do his business. There was also a supply of poo bags and a dedicated garbage can near the knoll. Wonderful!! Breakfast was available across the hall from the pet-friendly rooms and the Best Western breakfasts are a grade above the average. Our delightful breakfast attendant was kind and helpful.

Booking.com is misleading about the whether the available room is pet-friendly even if you specify "pet friendly" in your hotel search. You have to talk directly to the hotel to determine if the room is actually for pets or you will be out of luck.

The bar fridge was really noisy Also we couldn’t get the bathroom fan to turn off The bathroom door needs some WD-40 to reduce the squeaks when opened/closed - again only a problem In the night when you want to be quiet

Clean, presented world class. Pool was clean , lots of towels. Hot tub worked , breakfast was excellent. Parking was excellent ( I had a pickup with ATV and trailer. ). Room was spectacular , AC was on and a perfect temp. Reception ( man) was a little stiff but did his job proficiently.

The King size bed creaked and was not as expected. Not a pillow top. The TV was ridiculous could not get a movie for free. Every channel was pay TV. That was disappointing.

The breakfast was excellent, the amenities comfortable, and it was indeed quiet. I have stayed in other hotels where I was placed on a floor mostly filled with kids and parents there for a hocky tournament--it was a nightmare.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious.The bedding was ultra clean and soft. In fact, the entire hotel was spotless. We loved the coffee maker and wonderful breakfast. The staff were warm and welcoming. We would definitely return!

The breakfast should have been extended to 10: 30 am.

I got stranded by August snow on my motorcycle. It was a perfect place to wait it out and warm up. Big hot tub, guest laundry for wet clothes, and a balcony to dry my gear when the sun finally came out. Lots of capuchinos and a decent hotel buffet breakfast. I’d come back.
