The convenience - It is close to everything and feels safe and inviting. In addition the service staff are all very friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable, especially Shi (sp?) at the front desk. I had a problem with our first room and it was bad enough that I was going to leave for another hotel despite several previous stays. Shi’s listening ear and professional intervention kept us there and because of it we will return again.

The rooms were very, very dirty. Our first room (248) hat noticeable trash on the floor, stains on surfaces, and a very, very strong odor of pot. In fact the pot smell was so strong it smacked you right in the face getting off the elevator. We were thankfully moved to another room which was couch better but there were lip helium balloons from a previous guest still in the room. Overall, housekeeping and maintenance could be improved upon.

The room and the hotel experience was amazing. Such a fun place and felt very comfortable while there. The room was better than expected and very quiet. The rooms were spacious and big. Loved the chocolates.

I didn't know the room was a separate villa location, which made a difference when going to the indoor pool, which was in the main building. It was cold outside and having to walk to and from the pool was a little frustrating. Could hear when someone was walking in the room above us. I do wish there was some sort of free breakfast with the stay. The room was lovely, but the price was a little steep for what we received.

The property was lovely. The two room Queen suite was just the right amount of space for our visit. The room was very clean and the beds and linens were fresh and comfortable. We ate at two of the restaurants on-site and enjoyed our morning coffee by the lobby fireplace.

There were 4 people in our party and the accommodations for our 2 room suite were only enough for 2 people. Ie, water bottles, towels, toiletries. The coffee pot, coffee, creamer, and mugs were not enough for the size of the room either. If we were stayed longer this would have been more of a concern, but we were only there for one night.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was good overall, and it was quiet for the most part. The extra entrance that was closer to our room was nice, so we didn't have to go through the main lobby each time. Express Check-out was also very easy and convenient.

We had a few issues with the signal on the TV going out on some channels. The bathroom setup was a bit odd, but I assume the room was handicap accessible, which is why it was designed as it was. The water pressure was not the best but average for a hotel. It served its purpose - just not what we were expecting. Also, we were given a room with direct access to the indoor pool, which created a bit more noise during pool hours but nothing unbearable.

My favourite thing was the outdoor facilities, such as the two pools, the barbecue area including a billiards table, shuffle board, ping pong and basketball hoops.

I feel that there could have been more mirrors and other reflective accessories in the room. I'm a very attractive person and I feel that the 20 mirrors were simply not enough. That being said, it was rather frightening when I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and thought that five naked men were coming at me from all directions.

This was such a beautiful resort. It had heated pools outdoors and indoors. It also has a splash area for kids. Two pools outside and one inside with a hot tub area for 18 and over. They have a nice workout room as well. The outdoor area has grills to cook, and picnic tables next to them so you can eat and cook. They have a playground, shuffleboard, basketball, bocci, corn hole, pool table, and ping pong. There was food vendors and drinks vendors outside but they were only open on weekends which was kind of a bummer but it looked good. They have two restaurants here. One is only open for breakfast and does room service for lunch and dinner. The other does dinner. This place was great I highly recommend staying here with family it is a wonderful place and location to everything close by.

We didn't like the Arthur's restaurant much. The price for pancakes and waffles was very high when you only got 2 and not much with it. Also, it took 45 mins just to get the food. Drinks were also pricy for just a juice. So we went to the Sheetz which had great food and other places. The only other little issue was the shower nob was hard to pull up to make the shower work. I used a washcloth to help.

The amenities, the pool, the rooms all fantastic

The security guard that was on was rude. Our group was sitting by the fireplace chatting and enjoying ourselves. He picked us to tell several times to keep it down but there were teenagers and other groups of adults being just as loud and were never told to keep it down. Also all night long on our friends floor the teenagers were outside his room shaking the vending machine and ice machine and were never told to be quiet or go to their room.

Amazing hotel! So many great things to offer. Absolutely beautiful. So much to offer and close to a ton of shops. Proms and weddings when we stayed. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and spacious. Couldn’t get a tv to work but we didn’t spend a ton of time in the actual room anyways. AC worked great and the room fits a ton of people, my kids had a basketball tournament and their teammates came to hang out. Loved that there was an onsite restaurant will try it when we stay again in the summer.

The indoor pool was cloudy and the hot tub was dirty. Refrigerator in room was broken, but I didn’t tell the staff. Older teens/young adults played ding ding ditch and the staff never followed up but I’m sure they dealt with it. Also didn’t like that they do not allow delivery drivers to go to the door as the hotel is huge so that walk wasn’t the best.

The adults only floor and that you had to use your card key to get to the 3rd floor on the elevator.

Not the property itself but the bar tender at the Bistro could use some personality and could have been a little polite to deal with. Whenever he brought something to the table we thanked him but it was a drop and go. We still tipped him 20% just because though. The only beer they had was Miller Lite although the menu showed Michelob Ultra. His response was” I don’t get to choose the beer here” 🤦‍♀️

We love the eating and at the Eden Resort and will be staying many more times in the future. The service is always a step above everyone else.

Everything was great
