The room nice how it was divided off like a living room/bedroom the coffee was good. It was nice to have it out to get a cup anytime. Breakfast was delicious.

The pool I wish it was indoor or are a little bit cooler. The pool was a little warm. The beds were a little hard. Hopefully they get the icemaker working on the first floor luckily they have the other floors to go get ice.

I really loved how friendly the staff was as well as how great the the entire place smelled and the small living area our room had. And I really loved that the window in our room actually opened when we would look out over the pool.

I really hated the restroom sink who ever thought it was a great idea to have the back of the sink so close to the water spout needed to be fired I hate the fact that every time I washed my hands they would tough the back of the sink big No for me. Also it would of been nice if the hot tub was actually working but hopefully it will be up and running by the time we come back. The pillows could also be a bit bigger or add more 4 small pills did nothing for me and my husband.

Just visiting family and doing some shopping and relaxing that's all I wanted too do.

Could not find the thermostat until I found it on the 2nd nite, it's was cool on my 1st nite but other than that it was a great vacation.

I loved how everyone was so kind & courteous including housekeeping. Everything was so nice & clean. The breakfast was delicious as well as the happy hour food & drinks. Keep doing what you all are doing bc YOU GUYS ROCK!

The only thing I didn't like was one of the pools wasn't working. I'm guessing it was the hot tub/ jacuzzi. Other than that everything else was outstanding. Keep up the great work

This chlorine was way too strong. It was cloudy and not very clear. Also any time we asked for extra towels the staff at the front desk acted like we were selling them. Saturday the breakfast starting at 7am instead of 6am was a complete disappointment. We had to leave by 7am bc our ac went out on our van. So I kiddos didn’t get to eat before we left. It was very traumatizing

Was comfortable and convenient, easy access in and out of the hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping.

To close to the highway, could hear all the traffic early in the morning.

We liked that the room had its own little living room with a television, separate from the bedroom. The bedroom also had a television. We had two queen size beds which were comfortable, and plenty of pillows! The staff cleaned our room and replenished our towels by the time we got back from our outing.

Everything was great! We were looking forward to the pool because it looked beautiful, but the water was wayyy to cold! Maybe next time!

The staff was great.

I couldn’t get any of the TVs to work. My fault for not alerting staff. Breakfast was lacking. Food was cold. No syrup for waffles. No yogurt available. Choice of milk would have been nice. Cereal was stale.

We have stayed here three times now and love it. Beautiful suites , excellent breakfast and extremely helpful staff. Caleb and Amy were as always amazing .Highly recommend staying here. We will be back soon.

The rooms were clean, comfortable & private. The breakfast was good & had multiple choices. I was traveling with my service dog & they knew the ADA policies & asked the appropriate questions which I appreciate.
