It is very well located; access to Starbucks in the lobby is a great option. The room is spacious.

First, the parking lot, when you arrive late, you have to find an empty one, sometimes very far away. And what I didn't like and sent an email to the administration, which they never answered, was the existence of cockroaches in the bathroom.

I had no problem staying there when I arrive. My room was already given up. There was overbooked could not go to the pool because the pool was overcrowded. Every chance I got the car. The pool was overcrowded the last day before check out. That’s the only time I spend about 15 minutes at the pool and then the security or one of the staff members said that I had to get out the pool. But they had great restaurants across from the hotel we shopped till we drop at the outlets. We also took a drive at Walt Disney other than that the trip was good. I turned out good because we made it good.

The fact that they overcrowd over and the two Pacific rooms that I wanted together was for a purpose and we were separated, and we was put in two different buildings so the hassle of us going from one building to the other to transfer bags or food or whatever was actually for Was tremendously hard

Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Shadika. She was incredibly attentive, highly efficient, and had an exceptional eye for detail. To our surprise, she greeted us with a thoughtful anniversary message for our 17th year, something we didn’t expect at all, as we simply hoped to make our stay memorable. On top of that, she gifted us a complimentary breakfast for three during our 5-day stay! Our first impression only got better when she also assisted us again with our resort fee vouchers on our last day. She’s truly amazing! We also liked the pool, though we weren’t able to fully enjoy it as it was quite busy, even up to 10 PM,, but of course, that’s beyond the hotel’s control.

The room didn’t match the photos, it looked quite dated. The hallway also appeared worn, with the ceiling in particular needing renovation. Overall, the room was just okay in terms of comfort.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. price point was perfect. The hotel is incredibly clean and well kept up with. housekeeping was great. Our room was a great size and there was a really decent side fridge. There are plenty of outlets but just make sure they work before leaving your phone plugged in for the night. one of our night stands did not have power. The pool was clean, plenty of pool towels available and wait staff was very attentive. The hotel is located close to parks, tons of food and easy to get to the highway.

we did experience an emergency alarm one morning and that is not the issue. the issue is the alarm was only sounding in the hallways and not in our room. had our AC been running, I would not have heard the alarm. I don't think this was a just my room issue considering others were claiming they only heard it because of other people talking loudly by their doors.

I thoroughly enjoyed the view from our room on the fifth floor, which overlooked the pool area beautifully. The pool itself was a highlight—well-maintained and very inviting. The staff were attentive, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.

While the interior of the hotel was generally pleasant, some areas—such as the trim and paint—could benefit from minor maintenance and touch-ups. The elevator wait times were noticeably long during the day, likely due to heavy use by housekeeping staff. One unusual aspect was the bedroom door, which appeared to be quite thin and allowed light to pass through the edges at night. That said, it didn’t affect my rest, as the room remained quiet and I wasn’t disturbed by noise from other guests.

In the first room we were in, the curtains were not put in correctly, and we had to move rooms because we are on the first floor, and you could see into our room. Sad because it was very nice. The other room was also very nice, but the toilet was not flushing, and I had to remove the top to get it to flush. I reported it at the front desk as I left in the morning. I am sure it will be fixed next time.

It would have been nice if things had been corrected before we arrived, but if people don't let someone know something is broken, it can't be fixed. We have stayed here about 12 times and we so enjoy it so much. We have stayed at other hotels, but we have settled on The Delta. We won't stay in any other hotels in the area.

To start with when I walked in to check in Camila was there. She remembered me and asked about my son who is usually with me. I told her he was in the truck. We had reservations and needed to check in and go. She got us our room and we went to drop off our things. The next morning on our way to breakfast we stopped by to say hello to Camila. My son is blind and it is wonderful that she remembered him. He was thrilled by that! He recognizes her voice. The staff is wonderful. We got a complimentary breakfast and it is always so good! When I was leaving it got hectic and I left a bag behind. When I got home and realized the bag was not with us I went to my desk to call the hotel and saw I already had an email from Shaneque Morrison. She is in charge of housekeeping. Her staff member Yelitza, had turned the bag in and she had emailed me to let me know she had it. I drove back to pick it up the next morning as it had medication in it that I needed. If that doesn't make you happy you stayed at the Delta by Marriott then I don't know what will. I am going back in May.

There is nothing I disliked.

The location is withing 15-20 minutes of major attractions we visited Disney Springs and Aquatica. I also loved how they had Starbucks in lobby and pool area also lobby area was pretty clean and spacious. The check-in agent swere professional as well. Great springbreak booking deal .

The expensive parking fee per night and the first room I was placed in had bugs at headboard and in bathroom and a bit dusty for my liking . staff did move me to another room and offered free breakfast but the inconvenience of having to take luggage to another room and possibly of being bit by whatever bugs were in room for me and my children while on vacation was not ideal .
