Beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet. Beautiful pool area. Loved that The Gator Den was right there! Loved Rob & Joe! Was overly impressed with the breakfast & the made to order omelet station. Very fun & friendly staff at breakfast. We were just passing through but decided to stay 2 nights.

We had to wait a few hours to check in because computer system was down. Ended up with a lobby full of people. And, wasted our pool, sunshine time. Although staff was sympathetic, seemed like something could have been done. Or at least some sort of compensation. The pool water was ICE cold.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff, but not helpful. I have to use a walker since having back surgery. I was struggling with luggage and asked for a luggage carrier. The staff didn't know where one was and didn't try to locate one. Didn't offer any other assistance. It's a great location.

Problem with TV, notified staff, couldn't be fixed. The shower was leaking. A lot of pets were on property. When I arrived, at least 4 pets, all different owners, were either going out or coming in. I was hesitant about getting out because I'm very fretful of pets. Could here pets barking thru the wall.

The BW left us with a super pleasant experience, we went to a niece's wedding and it was for only one night. The wedding was at 4 in the afternoon and they kindly allowed us to check in at 2:30 pm. The two young people at the front desk welcomed us with a super smile. After everything was immaculately clean, comfortable beds and a sumptuous breakfast, when checking out, which was followed by having breakfast at 9:30 AM, the young man had the courtesy to ask us how we had spent our activity and wish us a good trip and offer us welcome. whenever we wanted. I'm not one to post messages like this but the truth is I felt at home!! Bravo BW for the dedication. 100/100

A stopover when driving between Orlando and Atlanta. Close to the I-75 Interstate and easy to find. The decor is a bit dated but the room was clean and the bed comfy. Plenty towels and complimentary toiletries. The staff were friendly. There was lots of choice at the buffet breakfast and a staff member making fresh omelettes to order. It was a brief but perfectly good stay and I'd have no hesitation in booking again if we were in that area.

A LOT of disposable plastic is used at breakfast - plates, cutlery, glasses etc. I can see why it reduces labour time in clearing up and washing up, but it makes breakfast experience feel more like a hostel and is not great for the environment!

The only thing that would have made this trip better was if the bathroom was a little larger. Our bed was so comfortable, we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while our son swam in the pool, and the omelet bar was a nice addition to the included breakfast.

When we arrived, my husband specifically asked what the hotels carry policy was. We were told that he was able to carry and that he did NOT have to conceal it. While at breakfast the next day, one of the managers approached him and asked him to conceal his weapon. We completely understand and immediately responded by pulling his shirt down over his gun. The manager was very polite about it and even expressed that he too carries. We just wish that we had been told that upon arrival.

We stayed here after our camping reservations at a local spring was suddenly cancelled, and my family was frantically looking for a place to stay. We came here as it was one of the cheapest options nearby, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was really big, the pool and hot tub was great, staff was really friendly and helpful especially the front desk folks, the gym while small was really well kept, and the omelet bar for breakfast was incredible

One of our towels had multiple holes in it, and one of our bedsheets was stained. Not a big deal.

Breakfast was good.

Used booking.com to pay ahead of time for quicker check-in and was then required to pay again at the hotel, so I ended up being charged twice for the room. I had to call later and it was refunded. I have found it is best to just pay at the property and not to pay booking.com ahead of time. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time, I did not check in until the two entities got it cleared up so I wasn't charged twice. That worked, but it took me 2-3 hours to check in. After being on the road all day, I did not feel like waiting that long to check in this time, so I let them charge me twice and cleared it up later.

The room was VERY spacious, clean and we got a king sized bed. It was perfect for what we needed and far better than expected for the price. It was super convenient to the motor way but not loud at all. The onsite restaurant was convenient and the burger was good. We expected less for what we paid. My husband had to do some work and there was a whole separate area with a desk and settee, making it everything that we needed for a good price.

The check in computers were SUPER slow - felt bad for the guy checking us in who was doing his best.

We stayed in a room with a king bed and a queen bed. There was plenty of space and we liked the wall divider between the beds. The sink area was separated from the shower and toilet which was nice. The beds and linens were comfortable and the room was very quiet. We could not hear anything from other rooms or the hallway even though we were right near the elevator. It is nice to find a clean, safe hotel that allowed us to have our 65 pound dog for only an extra $20 fee for the night. It is located close to 75 for convenience, but not so close that we heard any highway noise. We did not get to use the pool, because we only stayed one night and it was cold, but the area was quite large and looked like a nice place to meet with friends.

The a.c. unit in the room was VERY loud. Luckily, it was a cool night and we only had to run it for a short time. We had breakfast there on a Friday morning during a holiday. The breakfast area was VERY crowded and lines for everything were long and it was hard to move between tables. My husband enjoyed the omelet station, but I didn't want to wait in line for the one waffle machine. There was also a line for coffee...and it wasn't worth the wait.

Possibly the nicest hotel in Gainesville. Staff was friendly and courteous. Gator restaurant located on-site had a good but limited selection of food. I had the "sausage Reuben" and seasoned fries. Good portions and tasty. Server was friendly and attentive. I was able to park my truck and 32' travel trailer in the event center parking lot in the back because it was empty. No guarantee it will always be empty, so check ahead. Also, for some reason they gave me a "disability" room, in which there was no vanity or counter space. So check on that, too.

Not really a negative for the property per se, but it's easy to miss the turn coming off I75, and hard to make a u-turn to come back, so be aware as the turn comes up fast on Google maps.
