Appreciated transport to cruise ship

Kiki’s Restaurant the Gnats flying around and over my food and in my face! And other customers too!! The quality of the food was definitely NOT worth the price!! What’s questionable is, whether this restaurant was serving fresh food!! I went off the property to find better quality food and cost.

Clean, close to cruise port. Kiki’s restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price.

1)Cleaning staff - one in particular on our assigned floor was rude and lazy in my opinion. We had our sign on the door to make up our room since the a. m. and at 3 pm when I happened to see the cleaning person in the hall with her cart and politely asked if she was going to make up our room she just said “No” and pushed her cart into the staff room. I then called the front desk, told them what had happened and asked if we could at least have some clean towels for the room. The desk manager? (Female) promptly brought them to our room and apologized and said she would be speaking with the cleaning staff’s manager about the incident. 2) It would be nice if a complimentary shuttle was offered to and from the cruise port the way one is offered for the airport.

The location is perfect very close to the airport and cruise port. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable.

Our room was close to the street so it was very noisy. Lots of cars and ambulances sirens.

Very nice property. Close to the airport and the cruise port. Easy to call the shuttle. Driver was very nice. He handled all our luggage. He let my husband sit up front with him so he didn’t get car sick. Check in was simple and easy. Room was very nice and plenty of room. Property doesn’t shuttle to the cruise port. That’s a separate company so we had to schedule that on line which was easy. Even though the port was literally across the street, there is no walking in. You have to be transported in.

The size of room beds were so comfortable my body soaked in after long journey 16hrs. Breakfast was lovely Greek yogurts were to die for.

The restaurant for meal was awful fish and chips horrendous. I was horrified to see. Wasn’t worth the money 💰 . I was expecting a lot different we were hoping the restaurant was good food as we arrived quite late and it was highly recommended by your staff. Also the toilet in our room was temperamental. The check was put on table straight away

Close to airport and cruise port. Check-in took a bit longer than should have. Only one person working desk. Really should have had more. When the second employee came in to help at the desk, his remark under his breath was louder than I think he meant it to be. There were lots of guests to check in, and I can only assume he wasn't happy about that. But the first gentleman at the desk was working hard and helping people best he could. Within walking distance to very good pizza restaurant. I would suggest taking a Lyft or Uber to cruise port instead of hotel's shuttle.The shuttle charge is $15 per person. It cost us $12 total with a lyft. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

Nice place with friendly people

The cruise port shuttle wasn't a good experience. It was late, packed with people, and NO air conditioning. Should have just ordered an uber.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to FLL airport and Port Everglades. It was very clean and the staff were very accommodating to cruise passengers needing early check in (no guarantees but they did have a list going and we got our room around 1:30pm). The staff were also very patient and had good communication with people going to the cruise port via the third party shuttle service. We also learned they had a complimentary shuttle to the airport which we were able to utilize at 5am with no problems. Kiki’s restaurant was delicious and had friendly service as well.

Can’t remember if his name was Antoine but when I checked in after 4:pm May 9th 2024 he was the only agent at the desk he was checking in cruise guest, and online bookings, it was busy he was patient and informed us about the amenities with all the activities that was taking place later that evening I went down to the desk and he called me by my name and I was like 👍🏽 had dinner then went for a walk. Make sure if you’re using the shuttle service to sing for it. And the shuttle was on time my overall experience was really good.
