The hotel is exceptionally beautiful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. It greatly exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and beauty. The pool and outdoor area were very nice.

Breakfast lines were so long that I wasn’t able to get breakfast even though I arrived well before closing time. Most of what I wanted was sold out by the time I got food for my kids. The front desk did not answer phone calls at all, and we had to go downstairs in person to ask for bedding for the pull-out bed and then back downstairs again an hour later when it hadn’t been brought, because the phone rang indefinitely when we tried to call.

Beautiful hotel, close enough to the beach for us but right in the middle of restaurant and shopping. We loved it, breakfast is amazing and huge. Staff was rude and annoyed/helpful, for what the guests pay and the accommodations we definitely were surprised by the attitudes of front desk staff each time.. the pool is beautiful and kids loved it. Would maybe stay again , love everything but the people definitely throw off the vibe and overall package of it so maybe not.

The only problem which was a big one was the front desk staffs demeanor. From check in to check out- we were there for a week in a family suite. Not cheap and our Florida Vacation and we were not happy with their abrupt responses and dismiveness. It seemed the norm as we heard others too, not sure the hotel and its beautiful accommodations and all makes up for them.

The place was gorgeous, the restaurant was wonderful, the bar was superb, and the free breakfast was out of this world. Undeniably the best hotel deal in the region, and the best hotel stay we've experienced since before Covid. Stay here. And if you get a discounted rate through Booking.com, thank your lucky stars, because this place is worth every penny of the normal rate. And the location is unbeatable. Everything you could ask for is within walking distance. For the kids, The Tree House is right behind the property, and Duffy's Sports Grill (amazing) is right across the street from that. 5+ stars.

The breakfast area, the facility is nice and neat, the views, the swimming pool is nice, the service is good, and the complimentary drinks. The ambiance is great, and the bed is comfortable.

I stayed in suite room with my 2 kids, and only 2 towels in the room. The balcony of my room is screwed in, so to no avail. The rocks on top of the swimming pool that the water is supposed to drop down from there are not working some tiny rocks and sands falling down from the whole above to the pool,even though there's those some kind of net around it supposed to be for safety but started to come off, just need to get fix. Also, I have to pay a parking fee. The hotel is not a walking distance to the beaches to be paying a parking fee for more than $30/ day regardless of valet or self park. I rented a car and paid for parking also.

Beautiful property, nice rooms. Loved the breakfast buffet.

Our room faced the Main Street and the street racing and music blasting from the bar across the street was horrifying until 1:30 a.m.

Breakfast was good..but at the omelet station the staff should ask how many eggs you want. I got an omelet made with 4 eggs..that is just a lot...i could not eat all.of it. If possible pls.offer espresso coffee at the coffee station.

We wanted a guite room..but got one situated right in front of the elevators...where there is gathering of people at the elevator resulting into some loud talking etc. After 10 oclock it would be less. As we were there for 2 nights only it was not an issue...but we sure would have appreciated a room further away from the elevators where it would be calmer.

Everything was great and so was the service. Photo below is on the beach across the street from the hotel ! It is wonderful!!

The pool needs to be drained and cleaned. The perimeter around the water level is caked with build up from suntan oil and dirt. You can actually write your name in the scum around the perimeter of the pool. The hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned as well— for the same.So I can imagine down under the water. The lining abd concrete probably needs to be cleaned and power washed as well.

We arrived early and the room was given to us at 9am without any additional charge. Shaff and transportation were helpful and kind. Great facilities and location. Although we didn't get into the pool, it was clear that it was clean with nice gardens and sitting areas. We only stayed for one night since the next day we were taking a cruise. Also just a few minutes distance we were able to walk and do last minute shopping at TJMax and Publix. There was variety at breakfast and it was good and warm. Definitely if we had to come back we will stay here again.

Loved the grounds of the hotel, with a lot of comfortable seating around the pool. Was impressed with the lobby area encompassing the breakfast area and restaurant with passage to the pool area. The included breakfast was efficient, good variety of breakfast foods and very well laid out. Concierge services was outstanding, as well as all workers at the check-in desk. Location was perfect. It was a short walk to the River Taxi. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The decor was dated. Rooms seemed dark, especially in the sitting area. However, it was clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony.

The staff was very pleasant, and I LOVED being able to look out the window in the morning to see The Disney Magic in port! The atrium was beautiful, and it was nice to eat breakfast in such lovely surroundings.

I was assigned a room with a bathroom for handicapped people after being told I would not be. Although I am so happy that the option is available for those who need it the shower in the bathroom was so complicated to use without getting absolutely everything wet that I decided to wait to take a shower until I moved to my next location.
