The rooms were large, quiet and exceptionally clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect. I liked the capacity limits. The breakfast had options and a lot of choices. Close to freeway for us.

The tub was very slippery and needed mat or handrails. The bathroom floor was very slippery if wet. Could have used more drawer spaces for clothes, especially if staying a few days or more.

Its great used to stay here when I came to visit from Seattle I like their pool and jacuzzi, but this time the jacuzzi wasn’t working so that is why I couldn’t give a perfect 10, everything and everyone were great! I would recommend this place to everyone

It was close to many shops and restaurants The place was clean and comfy..

I got there and was told I had no reservation even though I showed him my confirmation number. So he gave me the same room for 2 nights but had to pay a little bit more.

Free parking, pool, hot tub. Free breakfast.

No restaurant. Free hot breakfast food was not refilled so if you got there before breakfast ended, but not at least 30 minutes early you might only get cereal. They didn’t keep refilling the hot food.

The breakfast was delicious! I have stayed at more expensive places your breakfast was better or equivalent! Loved the waffle! The customer service was fantastic! Your staff move mountains to accommodate the customer. They do this with a smile! I really enjoyed my stay. Great service, great rest and wonderful breakfast! Who could ask for anything more

The location seems scary but that has developed over time and with the problems we face with homelessness. After checking in I felt the safety issue have been addressed.

Excellent management and service from all staff, from front desk to cleaning and breakfast services.

Poor lighting in the rooms made it difficult to see, but that is my only feedback.

Staff was awesome, room was nice. Beds were very comfortable. We received an upgrade (whirlpool tub) at check in. They are remodeling, but it was quiet. Area wasn't great, but they had around the clock security and cameras. Outside door (closer to our room) was not working, pool/spa were closed, but the breakfast they provided was very diverse and well stocked.

We picked it because of its excellent location. Our room had been nicely updated since our last stay and an elevator added. Front desk people are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast to not end so early

We like the convenience to where we needed and compfy bed. Breakfast in morning was what we needed. Staff was pleasant, room was clean.

I'm hoping the $100 damage deposit that's still pending on my card wont be taken out since not needed!
